Soon after removing the nail tips, I started noticing my nails on my thumbs started to change colors. I went to the dermatologist and they prescribed Penlac to treat the nail fungus. After using Penlac for a while I noticed that it was not working for me. After that, I went back to the dermatologist and they did a culture and they said it was a fungus.
I was okay trying to control(possibly) the fungus on my toes and my thumb and index fingernails. Now it needs like what my wife is having(black dot on her thumb) now resembles what I had once upon a time. I don't want her to fight with fungus.
I did see a dermatolgist yesterday and she said my toes are likely fungus-related but she had I didn't have enough nail for samples. Prescribed me Penlac(sp?) and asked me to go back when the toenails grow out...

t have the instructional booklet in it. I followed the instructions on the official oraquick video, except the lid on the solution wouldn't pop off so I had to twist it. The solution didn't spill. The control line developed.
Should I be concerned that my test didn't have the instructions in it? Everything else was normal. The tamper seal was not broken.
I was wondering why I still had symptoms and I went back to look at the instructions to see if it had any information, this is when I realised I should of been taking one tablet twice a day!
I’m away from home, so won’t be able to see my doctor. I know I should finish my dose, should I start taking two a day? Or should I visit a pharmacist and ask for advice? It’s been quite a bad infection and I’m just worried I’ve made the infection resistant to antibiotics with my silly mistake.
If your mom is a doctor, and specializes in this area, then run it by the doctor who prescribed the medication. If your pharmacist says take it every 6 hours, I would believe this over your mom if she is not a medical person. If the pharmacist's instructions are contrary to your doctor's instructions, call your doctor for clarification.
Is there anything I should or should not do??? I was given no after care instructions, just told to come back in 6 weeks. My face hurts like a sinus infection, my eye itches like an allergic problem (I'm allergic to all "cains" and they used something with some in it) Can I take motrin? I asked and was told be back in 6 weeks, no one gave me any instructions of any sort.
The instructions say its 1 vertical line in both windows for positive and if its neg. only one vertical line in the control window. Nothing should be in the result window if its neg. BUT mine has a vertical line in the control window meaning the test worked. But a horizontal line in the result window where it should of been a vertical line.
The instructions they gave me were the ones from the night before, about not eating after midnight, etc.; since I was the one under anesthesia, I am pretty sure they should have been competent enough to know what paperwork they were allowing me to leave with. We deal with different pharmacies. My pills come with instructions to wait one hour after taking thyroxine to take other meds (ie, iron, dairy, vitamins, etc.). My father's pills come with instructions to wait 4 hours after taking thyroxine. My dr. also told me okay to take my inhaler (Flovent) and my nosespray (Avamys) at time I take thyroxine (ie, as long as I don't take any other pills with it)....
It will not invalidate the test. Read the instructions. No food or drink or oral care products 30 minutes or so before the test . If you get a control line "C". then the test worked as intended.
You do NOT have HIV. There is a reason that the test instructions state a window period when you are supposed to check the test result. If you check the test after a few hours - which is outside of the window period - the result is not accurate. I don't know why you checked it outside of the time period in the instructions, but you can disregard whatever you saw at that point.
The result you saw after 20 minutes is the accurate result. You do not need to test again.

on 3/3/2009 with no instructions. I have called (line always busy), faxed, and emailed Cardiac Diagnostics, Inc. but they have not responded to my request for operating instructions for the monitor. Where can I find the instructions I need?
Meanwhile, definitely follow the instructions give by your doctor and baby the socket. As it heals, the hole will gradually close up and fill up with bone and gum.
Read instructions then look at results,, if its positive for two lines that means your preggo...
