However I've been reading the internet, and came across a post by someone saying it is possible for HIV to get 'trapped' in the penis for a number of weeks, which would mean that antibody production wouldn't happen until it was in the bloodstream and effectively push back the window period (i.e.

I am not worried about reproduction and more about the ways it could get into my bloodstream. The semen was in my penis for about a second and I wiped it of with my finger until a minute or so, when I got to the shower. I am worried because I do not quite understand the ways HIV virus is absorbed by mucous and if is possible for it to go though my urethral canal or something like that.
