Common Questions and Answers about Penlac directions

penlac

Avatar m tn Soon after removing the nail tips, I started noticing my nails on my thumbs started to change colors. I went to the dermatologist and they prescribed Penlac to treat the nail fungus. After using Penlac for a while I noticed that it was not working for me. After that, I went back to the dermatologist and they did a culture and they said it was a fungus.
Avatar n tn I was okay trying to control(possibly) the fungus on my toes and my thumb and index fingernails. Now it needs like what my wife is having(black dot on her thumb) now resembles what I had once upon a time. I don't want her to fight with fungus. I did see a dermatolgist yesterday and she said my toes are likely fungus-related but she had I didn't have enough nail for samples. Prescribed me Penlac(sp?) and asked me to go back when the toenails grow out... I am so confused now.
Avatar f tn i've noted from time to time that my sons eyes tend to breifly be in different directions. He doesent seem to have problems with vision and no one else seems to have noticed when i've mentioned it to others.

Avatar n tn It is not at all unusual for a child of four to experience difficulty with muti-step directions. In fact, it is really not a good idea to issue several directions at once. Two should be the maximum. Children of four simply do not have working memories that are sufficiently developed to handle directions that contain several or more steps. Now, in spite of that, this child may display some delay in his language development. An evaluation by a Speech/Language professional is in order.
Avatar n tn Working memory is the skill that is required to recall and follow directions. If a child has certain conditions, such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, working memory is often impaired. When you give him directions, be sure he is next to you and that you establish eye contact. Then, have him repeat the directions before he proceeds to execute them.
Avatar f tn Some of the tests will have two windows, one is the control window to make sure it is working and will typically be a line, where the second window is the results window and will vary on what it shows to say if the test is positive or negative. What does your directions say a positive test should look like?
Avatar f tn You can get an order for Penlac from your DR. It is a topical that works well.
Avatar f tn My directions were to fill it up 1/2 way. Use it for 7 days. There should be directions from the pharmacy.
Avatar m tn I just took the oraquick test today at home. I swabbed the top and bottom of my gums but only the left side of my mouth on both. I was anxious taking the test and I don't even know why I didn't think the swab the entire top and bottom row. I followed all of the other directions correctly and got a line next to the C and nothing next to the T. Should i take this negative as accurate because the line next to the C still showed up and all?
Avatar f tn Helpppp making formula for the first time, and as far as I think I read the directions properly.. But it looks white!! like real milk..
Avatar f tn Yes, if you are reading the test at the appropriate time, that's a positive. By appropriate time, I mean that you followed the directions and read the test result when it says it is ready. If you wait 'too long', a pink line will form as the test sits. That's not a positive, that's an evaporation line. So, following the directions is essential. Otherwise, the faint pink is a yes!
Avatar f tn I used S26 Gold and it was 1 scoop for 60mls. The child health nurse told me to never split it, always make up 60mls and throw out or refridgerate for up to 24hrs what baby doesn't drink. But check the tin, it should have directions.
645800 tn?1466860955 Today I made myself some soup for dinner and had to laugh when I read the directions. "Cautiously, leave in the microwave for 1 minute". So how do you leave something in the microwave cautiously anyway? Yes that is what it said. I read it 4 times just to make sure I was reading correctly. I guess they need a new proof reader?

Avatar n tn 1. Not listening / following directions. He is told not to ‘talk when the teacher is talking’ 4-5 times a day. It takes multiple requests for him to change his behavior, more so during recess. 2. He is a very active child. He can sit still if doing homework but during “carpet” time, when sitting right next to other children, he likes to slightly lean on other children, talk, and disrupt class time. He would prefer to wrestle other children. 3.
Avatar n tn My 3 year old (3 year 2 month) has been asked to take a Developmental Screening test at his preschool. His teachers have said that he does not follow directions when doing activities although when he does follow the directions he can do the activities. We had him evaluated and he was actually advanced for his age according to the evaluation. He knows his alphabets lower and upper case, can use scissors well, knows his numbers, picks thing up really easily.
Avatar n tn But he has been getting compliants from school that he is not following directions needs several reminders , and when he is asked to sit for rug time he puts all the books back and then comes over for rug . Some other incidents are like when the school bell rings he is the last one to go inside hte class after hanging his Bags .So pretty much he decides to do things on his choice . Teacher has to put that extra effort in getting him . I am not sure if the is trying to get attention .
