Oxybutynin chloride gel

Common Questions and Answers about Oxybutynin chloride gel

ditropan

Avatar n tn For example, if the gel is in with heart medication, that would be a bigger problem than if the packet was in a bottle of vitamins. Here is an answer to the same question on a different board I found: Alone, silica gel is non-toxic, non-flammable and chemically non-reactive. HOWEVER, some of the beads may be doped with a moisture indicator, such as cobalt (II) chloride, which is toxic and may be carcinogenic. Cobalt (II) chloride is deep blue when dry (anhydrous) and pink when hydrated.
Avatar m tn Is Oxybutynin dangerous to dogs? I am not sure my dog ate a pill, but I did drop 1 or 2 on the floor. I found one. My 6-month-old spaniel/lab mix is about 30 lbs.
359574 tn?1328360424 One was at work and my darling hubby brought me fresh jeans. I think the medicine, oxybutynin chloride, has just started to be helpful in the last week or two. It's not drying me out excessively. I just wake up with cotton mouth, but when I'm up and about and can drink when I want, that's OK. As long as I can sing. It hasn't made the constipation worse.
4133020 tn?1350310377 My 13 year old daughter is swelling in her hands and feet very bad! Her finger tips are turning blue and she says it hurts in the palm of her hand. Her feet when swelled burns whens she walks. She's had a sweating problem for awhile now and takes Oxybutynin Chloride 5mg x 3 a day. Even though the med had been controlling the sweating, she's sweating very bad. She's freezing cold and then the next minute she's hot. She's very tired and weak.
Avatar f tn If your doctor should deem your sweating is abnormal, ask him/her about Drysol. Drysol is aluminum chloride hexahydrate and when applied to the underarms works to block the sweat glands and plug the pores. It is a prescription medication and should only be used with a doctor's guidance. Your doctor may suggest an in office surgical or laser treatment. Check your local drug store or grocery store for an antiperspirant/deodorant.
Avatar f tn If you have tried certain medications like Aluminium chloride (antiperspirant) deodrants, Oxybutynin (risk of side effects),other cholenergic drugs then the next option will be meeting a cosmetic surgeon.
Avatar f tn Funny enough you mention this I took Oxybutynin for awhile and a bit excessively, I keep thinking that this messed up my gut and caused this curse of a phenomenon.
Avatar n tn My skin itches and stings after I shower. I've tried every type of soap, bath gel, no soap, lotion, etc. It begins at the end of my shower and itches & STINGS so bad I am in tears. No redness, no bumps or welts, just itching and stinging like thousands of needles. Then about 20-30 min later it just stops. Please help.
Avatar f tn Son went into detox yesterday for heroin, just found a vial of liquid sodium chloride in his room, what was this for?
Avatar m tn My skin is not very tolerant of spray-on type deodorants either and I've had similar (but not identical) sensations from a couple of brands. I instead stick to the gel or solid types and generally don't have problems with them. Some people react differently to either perfumes or other chemicals that are added to the deodorant. Since you reacted to the Tommy Hilfiger fragrance, you might consider switching brands, or better yet, try to find one that is unscented.
Avatar m tn Dear all, Eight weeks ago on a trip to the US I contrived to launch a bottle of shower gel into my right eye. The next day I experienced photophobia, sharp pains, and discomfort when moving the eye around and reading things up close. A US ophthalmologist diagnosed a corneal abrasion at the six o'clock of my eye (below the iris) and prescribed antibiotic ointment for 3 days, sure I would be 100% by then. Indeed the photophobia and sharp pain cleared up quickly but the discomfort did not.

Avatar f tn I'm 33 year old male, I was diagnosed with phimosis 2yrs ago. I've been having the constant urge to urinate but with only a low flow and sometimes spraying. I've been through testing for uti, std, bladder cancer (cystoscopy) but yet know one can give me an answer as to why I always have the urge. I've taken meds (flomax, oxybutynin, and diptromin) none of them worked. Help!!! I'm to young for this to be happening.
Avatar f tn Hello Everyone, I am a 32 male, 5'10, 205lbs. I work out 5-6 times a week and eat on the healthier side. As far back as I can remember I get hot extremely easily and sweat profusely on my forehead, middle of my chest, and middle of my back. The heat seems to come in almost a wave, and I can feel it rising until it reaches my head(hope this description makes sense), and I can never seem to cool down. An odd part about this is, on occasion, my feet will be extremely cold at the same time.

Avatar f tn Get your urologist or GP to prescribe you an anti-spasmodic medication. I use Oxybutynin, as it works best for me, but there are numerous others on the market. Are you sure your stone is 4cm??? That's awfully large for a kidney-stone. There are 'staghorn' stones that form inside the kidney itself and fill the cavities of the kidney (the 'poles' of the kidney) that may get that large, but the chances of having a 4cm stone in your bladder are slim.
Avatar n tn The studies linking vinyl chloride with cancer (particularly, liver angiosarcoma), pertains to vinyl chloride MONOMER, which is the ingredient of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the material used in shower curtains. PVC itself as a finished product seems to be inert and has not been implicated as a carcinogen. Unless you decide to burn your shower curtains (thereby releasing fumes of vinyl chloride monomers), I don't think that you're at an increased risk for developing cancer.
Avatar f tn I went for my regular checkup recently and had blood work done and it came back that my chloride was a little low. My dr. did not say anything about it. I noticed on my paperwork after I got home. It was real low,but was a little. Does anyone know why your chloride levels would be low?
