s, 2009 was a heck of a ride for me, but one of the things i did to keep my self focused on getting back up, was the little and sometimes huge goals i set for myself, does anybody else do this? Well some of you will remember my 2009 episode began in April, from day one i set goals, even if it was ok 2 steps before you touch the wall this time, I even got back to doing a run at one stage.

I have been a pediatric dental assistant for over 8 years. we sedate 3-4 patients a day in our office(between 3 doctors). We use two medications to sedate our little ones. Chloral Hydrate and Vistaril is what we use. Age 1 to 10 years old. These medications are concious sedation meds. They have a very high index of safety because it is done based on a range of weights. Making it hard to over sed. Unless you just don't go by the guidelines.

How many of you have ever decided to not have any goals in life because you've been beaten down too much by life to have the energy to have any? Is this a sign I'm getting depressed? I haven't been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or depression or any mood disorder of the kind (except anxiety) but I thought it would be appropriate to ask people who experience depression regularly. I know this is a couple weeks late but i thought it might be fun to share our goals. My goal is to be at my goal weight by Fynn's first birthday...I know it seems a little selfish and I should have a goal that is about Fynn but I think that being healthier is for my family is what needs to happen right now. My goal weight is to be 140 - 150lbs. I have roughly 8 months to lose 55 - 65lbs which works out to about 2lbs per week....
