I was informed by the lady I spoke to that an audit of my account had not been done and that I had to request the audit in order to get the refund. That is what I did back in may but she claimed that I had not done so. So now she says "she put in the audit of my account", but that was the same thing I was told in may also. She also said that the audit would take 8 weeks and then another 10 weeks for me to actually get the money.

"at least there would be some transparency." I don't know if I can agree with that statement. First off, they'd have to find wrong doing and I have a strong feeling that this will be kept under wraps, then they'd have to actually tell us what they found without lying..... good luck with that one. I asked the lady if she could just tell me and she no the office would have to fax a release form and they would send it to them. So I call the drs office back explain the situation to them and the nurse says no we don't do that just come back at 20 wks! My Dr told me I would know the gender at that app so why should I have to go spend $100 out of pocket to find out what I'm having when they're the ones who messed up!?!

I have been a pediatric dental assistant for over 8 years. we sedate 3-4 patients a day in our office(between 3 doctors). We use two medications to sedate our little ones. Chloral Hydrate and Vistaril is what we use. Age 1 to 10 years old. These medications are concious sedation meds. They have a very high index of safety because it is done based on a range of weights. Making it hard to over sed. Unless you just don't go by the guidelines.
