The combination of ombitasvir, ritonavir, dasabuvir, and paritaprevir (with or without ribavirin), which will be marketed under the trade name Viekira Pak™, has proven highly effective in curing HCV genotype 1.

So, I am at the 15th day of my pep regime and have been strictly adhering to the program till today. I have been taking lopinavir ritonavir along with tenofovir. I am taking 2pills twice for the first one and one pill once a day for tenofovir. Today my bottle of rito/lopi finished after I took my first dose. I went to the doc clinic which was closed and he says i can only get the meds tomorrow.

I am currentl on suboxone: about 1/2 tablet per day sometimes less. Will I be able to do the 3-drug treatment using telaprevir and still take my suboxone? It takes a long time to wean off suboxone and I don't have the time to really wait to do that before beginning treatment. I haven'tt been able to find any info on others who are continuing their suboxone while treating w/ the telaprevir so need information.

Hi i'm new here and i've recently started taking iron tablets (ferrous sulphate) 200mg 3 times a day. This is an embarassing question..... Does anyone now feel sick whenever they go to the toilet? I personally go at least once a day and now i'm replused by myself. I know a side effect is blackened stools, but this makes me feel physically sick! I did feel sick too, but ever since i started taking the tablets with food i've felt better.

I thought I'd explain my mood update. I am on a study for SCH 900518 with Ritonavir. I crossed over at week 16 from straight SOC. My week 16 result, the new baseline for the study drug was 14,000 and week 12 was 25,000. I just don't think I am responding well to SOC. I had a huge drop at week at week 2 (2.2 million to 97,000), then it went back up to 324,000 at week 4. It has been trending downwards, but appears to be slowing down. I am actually hopeful for the PI.
