I have read on the medicine info notice that these two medicines should not be taken together. My cardiologist states that they are routinely prescribed together by cardiologists these days.

My cardiologist subbed 5 mg Nebivolol for the Amlodipine due to what he described as exercise-related hypertension. I took this medication for a week and experienced a range of unpleasant side effects, including exhaustion, significant depression and reduced heart rate (mid-60s, compared with my normal mid-80s).
I've been off the Nebivolol for five days, but I'm still experiencing these side effects. My heart rate has only come back to about 67-68.
My doctor just recommend a new med called nebivolol (bystolic) to me thst im pretty hesitant to try as propranolol does help Most out of what ive tried. All beta blockers are known to result in some degree of erectile dysfunction in males & decreased libido in females. However, nebivolol is one beta blocker which has got vasodilatory properties & hence can be one of the alternatives of carvedilol. However, you can continue taking lisinopril. It is a common side effect with Nebicard (Nebivolol) so perhaps it might be worth asking your Doctor to prescribe a different brand.
i took it for about 14 mths for svt ,and i found it to be ok ,there are better ones for svt ,like neiblet{nebivolol} which is a more selective for the heart ,but inderal is known to be good for migraine as well...for the first few weeks just watch standing up quick and things like that ,it is better started on a low dose and moved up as needed,,but apart from that it seems to be well tolerated by most.

Total bilirubin, if I remember correctly, is the conjugated hemoglobin, since there is also another portion that is not conjugated.
What the elevated total bilirubin means at this point is 'something' is going on, but you may need more information before your doc can determine the cause.
I try being on a diet but know i am taking Crestor 20mg for triglicerides, and nebivolol 5mg for my bp. I have had some cases of high heart beat and doctors said its nothing to worry about. I had onew 12 years ago, 1one 8 years ago and one 2 yeears ago.They come and go within 10 minutes.Its something with my electrical paths of my heart but doctors said there is no need to worry for now.My docotr said that high bp is due to my sensitive character, and tryglicerides is gentics.
As well as taking drugs to lower lipid production in the Liver, they added a drug to lower gut absorption of fats. This lowered my LDL even further and my trigs finally dropped into the recommended zone.
