5160872 tn?1385248794 I started Modafinil last December but I honestly cannot say for sure if it works. I still get tired but it does not seem as bad as before I started it. Some days I don't take it at all and seem fine, other days I don't take it I am exhausted. I switched about 3 months ago from Rebif to Tec. Like Lori, I had to go back and start more slowly due to severe GI issues. I have been back on the full dose about 3 weeks and it is a lot better than before.

When do you see your doctor again? If it's not for a while, I'd call him tomorrow morning and ask them how long it might last AND to see if they know what's causing it yet.
