I understand that it is not good to mix drugs with alcohol, but I would like to know of experiences with mixing those two drugs, lexapro and Vicadin, alone.
t be using Marjuana ,and I am sure that both together are and apart are not good for your body and that it call destroy your brain. A lot of these drugs are like street drugs and can cause you more health problems.
Instead of taken the drugs, you should take Vitamin B6 and Omega 3-6-9 every day .

I know of many people that are prescribed Vicodin (Hydrocodone) and Ultram (Tramadol) together with the Vicodin prescribed for breakthrough pain.
However, as Sandee and Molly stated, you should call your doctor before taking these medications at the same time if they were not prescribed to you that way. The potency of the two medications may be too strong for you or may contradict any other medical conditions you may have.

Now your addiction to Tramadol is a different story. There are many members here that have had that addiction too and are now free of it. Don't just quit Tramadol cold turkey if you can help it. Some people have had seizures and we don't want that for you. Again, we don't know how much your are taking and how long you have been on them.
I am taking Vyvanse and Prozac, and I'm having trouble getting myself to eat. I am still in a healthy weight range, so I'm not worried about that. But I've been weak, fatigued, and dizzy at times because I'm not eating enough. Are there any protein shakes I should try, or something like that, so I can be getting the nutrients I need? I hate most protein shakes because I can't stand the texture, and they're usually gross. But I have to do something.
I've been taking suboxone and have run out. I have a bad toothache and have some vicodine, would that be effective until I get this tooth worked on. I will have my suboxone on Monday again.
I did great for a while on my adhd med vyvanse and NO vicodin!! Then I lost health insurance and could not afford to go to doctor for my ADHD and yet again returned to the devil vicodin!! I did call my pcp who was able to call in my adhd med for me to restart but I just feel depressed and sluggish :( god why can I now overcome this once and for ALL!! I am DETERMINED this timea!! I use to take this and realized how dangerous it really was. Did you try Vyvanse? My 11 year old son takes this and has really works great. It may not work but it is definitely worth a try and straterra is so so dangerous and most of the time does not even help.
If you want to try the natural method there is a study being done on the vitamin L-theanine. This is used in tea and foods in Asia. Have you ever heard of ADD or ADHD in Asia.

Wondering what nutrition choices, sleep patterns and work loads people adopt to better manage there experences with or without the medication. so far its been 30 hours and I tried some of the suggestions on Thomas recipe and I think they work. I am takin over the counter pain killers (as directed) Naparson, and motrin, mixing that with ativan and soma to help sleep. I hope tomorrow is better. Good luck too all my brothers and sister addicts out there, i never thought this would be me.I hope I lose the calling of the pills soon. I am so scared I will use again. One big help is I have a counseler.
My 10 year old son, who is ADHD, was taking 30 mg of Vyvanse and it worked fine for like a month and half. The doctor increased his dosage to 40 mg and it was working great, but again the effects seemed to have diminished in two months. The doctor recommended to keep him in the 40 mg of Vyvanse, which he takes in the morning, and in the evening give him 1 mg of Intuniv. Do you know if that will help with his concentration at school?
I came across a bottle of vicodin 5mg hydrocodone/500mg acetaminophen on thursday night. That night I ended up taking about 12 beers, 6 shots, and 7 of the vicodin. I was irresponisible that night and was wondering if my system would be cleared of that by now. Looking back on it im just thinking thats a lot for my body to handle in one night. That was why I chose to address his behavior changes instead of what I think his actions are. He was prescribed 7.5 vicodin and the soma by his dr for damage to his sciatic nerve about a year & half ago. Now he says he wants to talk to his dr about getting something for his nerves or this depression he is in.
I have started taking Methadone on occasion. This morning I took a 10mg Methadone and this evening I took 3 10mg Hydrocodones. I am experiencing a ton of breathing problems now. For some reason reading these post is really helping me. I was laying in bed all day and doing the best to care for my daughter. And I got up did the dishes took out the garbage and cleaned up the kitchen and living room and although I still don't feel quite like myself I feel LIke I'm getting there. But will someone answer my about the vyvanse. I ADD and am prescribed this I've never misused it and have never had problems if I stopped it.
I started to try different doses of Vyvanse and Adderall, starting at 10mg Vyvanse and going up to 50mg, and starting at 5mg Adderall (IR) and increasing to 10, at most, 4x a day. All of these medications seemed to increase my depressive symptoms, and since I wasn't really retaining much or cognizant of how I was doing, I ended up going three weeks without touching my homework, going to class or talking to my friends.
I can totally relate to you I was once at 8-16 a day also and it only got way worse. 25 a day then mixing with benzos. I know the desperation and the fear all to well. There are so many awesome people on this site that will help and give you suggestions on how to cold turkey, or anwser what questions you may have. WD is no fun.. but it can be done it is possible and YOU can do it also.
sometimes I take 50mg vyvanse the day after its 35, then 40, then 50 and so on. Sometimes I take dextroamph without vyvanse, sometimes I take one dex with vyvanse. What I am doing basically is experimenting the best dosage and combination. But I did not overdose. I measured my blood pressure just a moiment ago and it was 128/85 pulses: 91)
Also: my doctor changed my Wellbutrin dosage from 100 SR once a day to 100 SR twice a day.
