If they did a US at the hospital to determine how far along you were, that's extremely accurate and points to the same exact day as your doctor is pointing to - July 6 as your most likely day of conception.

Your ovulation time is usually about 7 days after your period, depending on how normal your menstrual cycle is... Doctors calculate your due date and how far along you are according to the first day of your last menstrual cycle... And if your last period was in October, then you definitely concieved in October since September is a month before October...

If you had a period in July then the first day of your last menstrual cycle is not June, its whatever day your period started in July

t bet on it though, even for those of us with 28 day cycles, and certainly not for those with an irregular cycle.

I don't know if what i'm having is my actual menstrual cycle. You should really figure out your last menstrual cycle and use a due date calculator or by the day they gave you for your due date and it was tell you your conception window

If you put in your LMP in a conception calculator, it says your dude date would be November 13th. This is using February 6th as the first day of your last menstrual cycle. Also remember and I know this is confusing, but when docs tell you how many weeks you are pregnant they actually add an extra two weeks because they go back to the date of your last menstrual cycle. Good luck and keep in touch.
