it is possible that a consult with the ones that you found in Ontario or Quebec could be done with your current doctor. Most go to a cardiologist for dx and treatment. I've heard of some neurologist here on the boards that help people.

About a year ago i was in a club in Quebec Hull, and a guy fingered me on the dance floor.
