I've been to a couple of physical therapists and a massage therapist. None of them could do anything about my adhesions. The massage therapy might help some areas feel a bit better temporarily. Also, the adhesions that bother me the most probably can't really be touched by most methods, so I suppose it depends on where some of the adhesions are located.
