Did anyone take macrobid for uti during third trimester?
I've been told I have a UTI and was given Macrobid/Nitrofurantoin. I have taken 3 tablets but out of curiosity I looked them up on the internet and it said some women have lost their babies days after taking the tablets.
Has anyone taken these and had a healthy pregnancy?!
Knufrio is correct. Azo is to just temporarily help with the pain before you get to the doctor or before your prescription kicks in. It will not make it go away. You need to take the meds you received. If not, then just wait for your doctor. Macrobid is the most common and should not make you sick. You can also take it up until your third trimester. Im prone to UTI's, I know all about them. I used to need to see a urologist for my issues.
The only thing I was ever told I could take for it since I was pregnant was Macrobid. You should call your doctor tomorrow and ask about the Macrobid. Also try drinking cranberry juice, or if you can't stand it (i can't) try the OTC cranberry pills, they should help just the same as the juice. I forget exactly how its supposed to help but it does. I myself don't feel any different from second Trimester. I'm 33 weeks Ftm and don't find third trimester uncomfortable she just never stops moving lol.
I'm 30 weeks and 1 day and I can't seem to get out of bed.....
I've just entered my third trimester as a ftm and I'm just curious to what new symtpoms, aches/pains, energy levels and all of that good stuff might be coming my way. How did you feel in your third trimester and did you experience any new symptoms? Everyone share!
I just got to my third trimester and these past few days have been horrible bottoms of my feet are so swollen and my stomach has been hurting like it can't stretch anymore ik it can and is prolly stretching but it just makes me think if this is how the first few days before the third trimester then is it only going to get worse ..how has anyone else been doing on their third trimester??
Are they consistent and painful? If they are 5 minutes apart and 1 min long for 1 hour then it's time to go in.

6 weeks left and I sweat so bad. Even in like 50 degree weather. Its 72 degrees where I live right now and Im in shorts and a short sleeve tshirt and still sweating. Im glad I wont be pregnant during actual summer.
Today starts my third and final trimester. Is there anything I should be focusing on? My mother told me not to worry about buying stuff for my son. She said that he an the entire family have it covered. And I'm at an increased risk of premature labor because of all the stress the father placed on me before I left him half way thru the second trimester, and because of the fact that I am very susceptible to urinary tack infections.
m tired, exhausted, have a crazy headache that is causing some type of pressure all trough my forehead, I have no energy and I feel nauseated and sick. I feel like the first trimester once again only I am always hungry. I just want August 12 to be here already or really fast. Any other moms-to-be feel the same way?
Around 30 weeks I packed my hospital bag, last week at 33 weeks I bought baby items, baby shower is good too...
My first was terrible. The third trimester I'm just really tired and achey. Hips, back and legs lol. Ready for it to be over.
im in my third trimester and I feel so extremely exhausted. Yesterday, I slept all day and only woke up to eat and went back to bed. Today I slept until 2 pm then had to tell myself to get stuff done. Now all I want to do is sleep again and it is only 6:24 pm. Plus I am nauseated a lot again. It feels like I'm in my first trimester all over again but with sleep is so much worse. I am absolutely miserable. Any other ladies feel this way?
So I'm a day away from my third trimester. Is it weird that the only thing I'm nervous for is that my husband will take to long to get home when I go into labor?
