Hello everyone, I have been facing this problem of sleep since 1 and half week ago. Whenever i try to sleep my heart start pumping fast and i have to go to pee and its get disturb and again it causes me difficulty in sleeping. I recently got broke up with my ex with whom i use to have frequent sex like twice a week. And after we broke up i was shatterd in tears because it was my first sex. My head pains when i think of all this. I want to forget all this but im unable to.

Because she had makeup over it. She was going to give me oral sex. She had a cold sore on the right bottom side of her mouth. The oral sex was not long. She put her mouth around the head of my penis. What are my chances of catching genital and oral herpes? I have been freaking out all week. Can a doctor please give me some advice?
I’m on my 3rd allergic reaction back to back. Let’s start with reaction one. I was using new makeup fr my makeup class and I started seeing signs of an allergic reaction so stopped using it and consulted a doctor. Then next morning it was a full blown reaction, swollen eyes, rash all over my eyes and face. I was told to take Benadryl, it didn’t work. I go to another doctor and receive oral prednisone pills.
In response to his behavior I have tried to breakup this relationship but he gets very aggressive and recently after I wanted a breakup over his physical abuse, he apologized and he started abusing himself physically "in order to show his love for me". He has taken to alcoholism and self abuse since I have expressed to leave the relationship. I am concerned about his well being, do you think psychological therapy will help him in this regard?
Ive read alot of articles that say excessive and badly clotted periods can indicate a misscarriage, but i couldnt of been pregnant because i had a period in august and november, and even tho i have read some women do still get bleeding through pregnancy If i was, i would of been roughly 25 weeks by now and im pretty sure i would know if i was pregnant by now. Im really unsettled by it and im really not sure what to do, has anyone been through the same type of thing? Or know what it could be?
