When I was undegoing treatment for anxiety many moons ago, "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" was on the top-40 and I would listen and sing to it as I drove to the shrink's office. The lyrics are very uplifting and always worth a listen. I still get a special feeling when I hear it.

i suggest taking your pain meds then on monday getting to the dentist! not much else you can do at this point. could be a new cavity. people sometimes arent told or realize you can get new decay under a crown. so whatever the problem may be...call first thing monday morning!
Neurontin is used off label as a mood stabilizer, although by all reports it doesn't do a very good job at it, except for maybe a few rare people. Both of them get used off label for anxiety (I think it's Lyrica that's actually approved for anxiety in the UK, just not the US). That seems to work better overall.

Safari, jungle, or focus on a color scheme (at least 3 main colors with at least 2 accent colors) and a specific creature, nautical or under the sea (for mine, I'm thinking of under the sea). Then there's always characters or objects you can focus on (I.e. pooh bear/trains). OH! And I love the theme of "once upon a time" (fairy tale book theme). Or you could just do theme colors and focus on textures (polka dots, stripes, chevron stripes, florals, etc.).
