If not keeping a record helps you, then I say go
for it Cajuin.
I've found that keeping my "quit meter" motivates me and provides a source of pride each time I post it. It's been a long time since I unconsciously reached for a smoke. I'm at the point now, I go for long periods without a thought of smoking. It's a great place to be.
Congratulations to you for quitting nearly two decades ago. That's a real accomplishment!!
