I was taking Linzess and it didn't work and they offer a refund as long as you have your receipt and tell them why, etc.? Do you know if the manufacturer who makes Lubiprostone offers a refund if it doesn't work?
All of the above forces the integrity of tight junctions, when taken together it’s a kick. Anything that will seal the gut tight junction is good. When you take them, you can go overdose on many. We should look for more of this. If you feel a slight pain in the gut, there’s one that is not good for you, for me it was the zinc. Remove that. When taken you should feel a relief in your gut.

I have had very high B12 on testing before. (though not recently) I do eat red meat (free range) I do eat seaweed. I don't take any iodine supplements. (did try once briefly and just felt terribly wrong). I do love cranberries, but haven't eaten them much recently.

No other lesion in the corpus collosum or temporal lobes. No intracranial mass or mass effect.Gray white junctions are distinct. Brainstem and cerebellum are normal in appearance. Flow voids are identified in the anterior and posteriorcirculation. No area of restricted diffusion. No abnormal regions of enhancement.
