Can any of these compounds cause the elevation of the liver enzymes? The ALS is 57 (normal 4-27) and ALT is 58 (normal 4-34), could it be the vitamins?

I have had ulcerative colitis for about 2-3 years and take medication to keep it under control. I take 4 yellow tablets which i fink is called salfasline and 200mg of asafirin. Since i have had this illness i need to visit the toilet about 10 times a day and seem to have lost control of my bowel. My doctor says there is nothing else he can do as the condition has calmed down.

i have had ulcerative colitis for the past 3.5 years is it normal to bleed when i have my bowels open?
I was told before that they "think" that I have ulcerative colitis. I was put on medication. But after it stopped helping, I stopped taking it, and I was fine. Then just recently I have been feeling horrible. Stomach pain, mostly on the right lower region, gas, bloating, nausea, fatigue, and sometimes stabbing pain in my right lower abdomen. I am not pregnant ( that I know of, I have an IUD) And this has been going on for 3 weeks, non stop.

Those are symptoms of ulcerative colitis and it doesn't have to hurt to be serious. You really need to get to the doctor and have this investigated.
I think I have ulcerative Colitis. My stomach usually hurts and I have to go the bathroom frequently throughout the day. A lot of times I suffer from fecal incontinence where i will go back to the bathroom like a half hour after I eat and I will wipe and there will be something on the toilet paper. I do not know what to do. Also, sometimes when i look at my stool there is like a red flake or something, can that be blood? Can blood show up in the form of a flake.
Recently doctor gave me tetracycline oilment to apply on my anus and when the oilment went into the opening I felt sharp pain. Will topical oilement cause ulcerative colitis due to irritants inside the lining of the anus?
I am wondering what the doctor has now said about your results? Please share as it may really help others. You do seem to describe the symptoms of ulcerative colitis/crohn's disease. But those are also the symptoms of IBS as well. Let us know how this turns out.

Upper GI w/small bowel follow-through on me, as well as various IBD and CBC blood panels. I am also newly lactose intolerant. I was just diagnosed w/Ulcerative Colitis, but I am concerned that something else is going on here. I am worried that I might have leukemia; I experienced terrible night sweats about 3 years ago, (Dr. said not a concern) and most recently, I have noticed small, red petechiae on my belly and upper inner arms, easy bruising (although my platlet count is 364).
My 23 year old daughter was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis several years ago. One of the symptoms she developed was cystic acne, which we were told can be caused by the colitis. She's presently on Liadyl and her ulcerative colitis is under control but the cystic acne will not go away. She goes to the dermatologist constantly for injections, but the cysts just go down for a day and come right back up again. The dermatologist has given her a few prescriptions but nothing helps at all.
