I've been using Pycnogenol+L-Arginine combo for nearly a month and felt no great difference at all, only a few random semi-boners during the day. My dosing is 2x60 mg pycnegenol and 2x2 g l-arginine daily. I will continue using this combo use for at least 3 months more in order to see its full effects.

I know for myself Magnesium, and vitamin c work great, but I try to get the vitamin c from fruits. The other thing that helps me is fish oil. When I added fish oil to my diet I noticed I sometimes go days with no palpitations now a days.
& one thing that i understand from the report is: the sequential therapy facilitate the T-cell function to word the Hbsag clearance fast. Does this mean adding L-Arginine to our Nuc's helps more to facilitate to the Hbsag clearance? Thanks!
Well, I've searched a lot and all I've found is that L-arginine can make herpes (HSV) replicate and get worse. But I haven't found a study saying that it could be the same with HPV.
I bought a protein supplement of egg protein and I've read that it has lysine and lutein which seems to have a good effect in the clearance of HPV, but it also has L-Arginine and there are mixed opinions about it... Anyone has tried it with success?

I truly believe it is the deficiencies causing a lot of our problems. That being said, I remember trying taurine and L-arginine years ago with no success. Possibly I didn't take it enough. I think I will check out which foods have this. Maybe I'm eating a bunch right now cuz my heart has been behaving again.
Very interesed in your Integrated medical approach to your angina problems using L-arginine. After 2 CABGs and several stents I still have vague angina mostly aided by nitro. Would L-arginine do abetter job and must it be Rxed and supervised? Sometimes I do feel it is Variant type angina or small vessel disease as hinted to by my cardio.
Also after so many invasive procedures I also believe that I do have some form of RSD since my symptoms come and go almost at random.
