Since Keppra he has been seizure free(16 Months now) In relation to his side effects tiredness seems to be the main one, he also gets mild anxiety which only started since he started taking Keppra. Compared to other medications the side effects are not bad. The most common side effects generally are: Sleepiness. Dizziness and unsteadiness. Weakness. Mild agitation, anxiety, or depression. But none of these are severe..

If you do some research you will find that one of the side effects of Keppra is irritability. Things will even out as he gets used to the med but if this is a problem I know it will continue to be a problem. My son still gets cranky from this med. Wow. thats new. Iv only been taking the nexium for about 3 weeks so far. Just got it, after having my first seizure. I was taking protonix for the past 4 years, befir this. it seasm to wrok better but ill have to look into it find somethign else.

I often have to go to the ER for pain. They give me Benadryl cocktail among other IV meds. They end with Diludid which helps but when is wears off the headache immediately comes back. I've tried massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, diet change and exercise. Nothing has ever fully relieved my headache. I just got out of the hospital after 3 weeks. My neurologist is out of ideas. He referred me to Mayo and even they said there was nothing they could do.

I continued my visits to a neuroligist and eventually an eastern doctor prescribed Keppra for me because all along even in work id get double vision for bout 2 hour s it would go come back that night it was awful. At that time I paid for my meds i didnt realize in Ireland Epilepsy meds were free even to millionaires lol.

I also take Keppra but have never had any problems at all. I suffered with depression for 11 years and came of the medicine fully just before I went on Keppra, and yes I have days where I do feel depressed but with any illness you do have days where you feel depressed even suicidal. So my advice is don't necessarily put it down to Keppra. Talk to the doctor who prescribed Keppra to you and see if you can be referred to a Psychiatrist to talk it through and find out if it is the tablets!

Na-unfit to work po kase ako dahil sa HBV at nagpaconsult ako sakanya and sabe niya kailangan ko pa ng ibang tests para magawan nia ako ng reccommendation na pede ako magwork. Na unfit to work po kase sa unang doctor n pnuntahan ko at snabe Acute ako at infectious, pagconsult ko kay Mr Cua sabe nia hndi naman dw ako acute kundi chronic, at baket dw ako unfit e wala ako HBVDNA result at baka d ko nmn kailangan ng treatment.
