Considering I messed up the initial PEP (would only taking 2 Kaletra at different times before 72 hours make any difference) and considering the high risk.
I mean, I may be worrying over nothing, this person may be genuine and has been given the all clear but it's hard not to be?
Any advise would be much appreciated. Thank you guys!
I decicded that my anxiety was too large not to at least take some PEP. I just dont know whether taking Kaletra I week after event after a week of truvada will have any further benefit or just increase SE profile ? I have made an appointment with another health care provider to manage my case . so far no SE besides mild nausea with Truvada.
Does this mean that I actually have contracted HIV and PEP is working / my immune system is being compromised and PEP isn't working? I am taking a combination of Kaletra and Truvada. I had a rapid HIV test and rapid STI/STD test done this past Tuesday and they all came back negative. I seriously regret choosing to engage in such high risk behavior - one night's actions could impact the rest of my life. Ugh.
My partner finished PEP four days ago, after a possible exposure. He was fooling around with somebody who slightly penetrated him for half a second before he pushed the person away. HIV status of the other person is unknown.
Today we had unprotected sex - I was the top. I did not notice any blood or anything on my penis afterwards, though he was bleeding a bit a few hours later.
He was tested for HIV two days ago (two days after PEP finished) - results should be in tomorrow or the day after.

I finished PEP 13 days ago (28 days of Truvada and Kaletra). 10 days after finishing pep i felt a lump under my right armpit and a small one on the left. I have no fever, or any other symptoms. I do have inflammed lymph node under my jaw but they have always been like that.
1. Can lymph nodes under my armpit be a sign of acute hiv, even though i have no other lymph nodes
2. If i am pocking them hard 6 times a day can i cause enlargement?

Despite knowing the recommendations, especially after PEP, I was preoccupied enough with the idea of transmission that I recently got a DNA PCR- at about 7-8 weeks post exposure; 3-4 wks after completion of PEP. It was negative.
Based on the literature and your personal opinion, what do you think the risk of me seroconverting is at 3 mo, 6 mo, or year? Have there been cases of seroconversion despite negative PCR 1 mo after completion of PEP?

In the morning of Thursday I took 1 Kaletra. In the evening of Thursday I realized I misread the label and took 2 Kaletra though I forgot to take the Truvada because I was used to taking the other medicine in the morning (I’ve also not been thinking straight and been very stressed, I made a mistake). On Friday morning I came to my senses and took 2 Kaletra and 1 Truvada and set a plan so I wouldn’t mess it up and that’s the regiment I will stick too.

I went 30 hrs after my exposure to the hospital and they gave me PEP (1 combivir and 2 kaletra twice per day) coming back to my country after 3 days i forgot the pills that i bought in switzerland and the doctor here suggested i take 1 atripla pill instead every night !!!

So 33hours after possible HIV exposure, I ingested my first dose of PEP pills (Truvada and Kaletra). I took the pills consistently for 28 days (one blue truvada pill every 24 hours and two yellow Kaletra pills every 12 hours). The regimen ended August 22nd 2012.
Today is one week later. im going insane. i do not want HIV. I will take a duo test on September 19th 2012 (28 days after PEP and 57 days after possible HIV exposure with woman of unknown status.
Two days later, my genitals started itching and burning and I got acne on my back, so I went to the doctor, who prescribed PEP (Truvada and Kaletra). This was 62 hours after the encounter. I was on PEP for 30 days. Eight weeks after completing the PEP regimen, I tested negative for all STD's (HIV/Herpes/Hep/Syph/Gon,etc) on November 18. But a week later, I started getting knee pain and muscle aches all over my body (arms, legs, back).
68 hours late I have started a PEP treatment including Truvada and Kaletra for 28 day. I have complete the treatment sticking rigorously to the time frame for medication intake. During this time I have experienced many side effects. After stopping the medication I have experienced increased and uneven heart rate, joints pain, diarrhea, stomach pain , light head. Each o the has lasted for number of days replaced by another just to be back in a two weeks frame.
This question is for an expert or someone who has information from reliable sources on net. Can I change from Kaletra to Istentress after few days during the course of 28 day PEP period? This is in addition to Truvada.
I am in area where I do not have any good access to knowledgeable doctor. Is there any paid online service available for such consultation in any country? It is a pity that in most places HIV is still a big taboo and no good doctors are available.
Condom failure with a partner who then failed to notify me of it until it was too late, and then kicked me out when I started to ask questions (perhaps I was a little intense but it was a bit traumatizing to be honest)
I was put on PEP 15 hours afterwards, and completed the full 28 days of Kaletra and Truvada.
