I find by eating a lot of fresh veggies, both raw and cooked, along w small amounts of protein (occasional favorite desserts
and junk food to) I can walk the fine line
between diarrhea
and excessive water retention. I find exercise to be crucial as well as some form of stretching, yoga, tai chi, whatever it may be also important. This is pretty normal stuff for a healthy normal body but for us Transplantees because we are always in an inflammatory state, it is crucial for longevity.
