coffee

Avatar f tn I love my coffie ,u can have two cups of instant or one cup of fresh coffie,I have my two cups in the morning as its much needed x
Avatar f tn It sounds like you're having digestion problems. The most problematic of the foods you mention generally are first, the milk, second, the sugar, and third the coffee. But it's hard to say since diet is very complicated, and you don't say how soon after eating you laid down. Chamomile is a good stomach relaxant and anti-inflammatory, perhaps try some of that instead of the coffee, milk, and sugar and see how you do, assuming you don't need the coffee to stay awake.
Avatar f tn Im 33 weeks and i drink coffee once a week or sometimes ill skip a few weeks.
910419 tn?1289483727 I drink coffee in the mornings. It helps wake me up and seems to help with my pain. But that's bean coffee, with caffeine. I just drank some instant decaf coffee, and my head's killing me. I've already taken a Zomig, but I'm curious to know if this is a coincidence or if I should throw out the instant.
Avatar f tn Regular coffee is just fine as long as you don't exceed 12oz. Technically you can 12oz in the morning & then another 12 oz in the afternoon, but I only have up to 12oz once a day. I was the same way about coffee though in the beginning until my doctor explained it to me.
Avatar f tn I have one cup of instant coffee in the morning, maybe a second if its a looooong day. Definitely no espresso based coffee for me and going from at least 3 a day, it's been hard! Planning on stopping all caffeine by my third trimester as i don't fancy a newborn hyped up on caffeine from the womb.
Avatar f tn I drink one cup a day with mostly milk (1 little spoon of instant coffee with mostly milk)
Avatar m tn Another reason I feel that it is not a problem is due to the health advantages that coffee has, according to many health studies and reports (assuming this is not just propaganda). I have found that whether or not I drink coffee, the symptoms remain. Another bit of history that I have not revealed is that I am a Gulf War veteran and was in Saudi Arabia / Kuwait / Iraq throughout a one year period.
Avatar m tn Do you have any recommendation for coffee brands? I used to be with Folgers instant and that was strong improvement. But then the coffee went bad with chemical taste and I was forced to switch. And that when I realized there were so many other bad instants at that point. Some brews were better than others ranging from small boast to blandness with the worser ones making me felt light confusion.
2139403 tn?1339437937 My mIdwife said caffeine is fine , not ideal obviously in large amounts but I am still fine to have one cafe style coffee daily or two instant ones everyday without causing an issue, we are not super human we are going to crave things especially giving up everything at once , give yourself a break and go get a big fat coffee !
10869131 tn?1430198496 And not like straight coffee (im not even a regular coffee drinker) im talking about a burger king iced coffee lol

Avatar n tn I drink coffee daily and have both of my pregnancies now, I couldn't get by without it!
Avatar n tn Make them soft boiled if you want - Some coffee is okay and actually can prevent some health problems.
941118 tn?1312281926 This is a harsh process and burns (oxidizes) off any remaining caffeine (along with other natural flavors), which is why instant decaf is the lowest. It’s also why instant tastes so bad!
Avatar f tn 1) I can no longer have my daily/morning coffee without severe nausea (even the pharmacist didn't have it as one of his warnings). 2) Despite the fact that it keeps me awake to the point that daytime napping is not possible I still feel exhausted most of the time which doesn't make much sense to me. Has anyone had anything like either of these things happen while they were taking it? Any thoughts? Thanks!
1081190 tn?1273706916 Guidelines issued by the Food Standards Agency recommend that pregnant women have no more than 200mg of caffeine a day (FSA n.d. a). This is equivalent to two mugs of instant coffee or four cups of tea or five cans of cola per day (FSA n.d. a). Anyone who drinks coffee regularly knows that it can be addictive and that large amounts can also cause insomnia, nervousness, and headaches (Chawla et al 2006).
Avatar f tn In general, brewed coffee contains the highest amounts of caffeine, with an average of 137 mg per 8-ounce cup (2). Instant coffee contains about 76 mg per 8-ounce cup (2). A 12-ounce can of caffeinated soda contains about 37 mg (2). Chocolate generally contains low amounts of caffeine. See the table below for more specific values.
1831849 tn?1383228392 d call my self a coffee drinker, though the coffee people more commonly drink at home in OZ is instant coffee, so not typically the same coffee you guys mean.
755829 tn?1246919225 I recommend cutting out all coffee. But if you must drink coffee then yes, I would say that decaff is better than regular coffee. Decaff contains little to no caffeine while regular coffee contains high amounts of caffeine. Caffeine can cause MANY problems. I would name them all but it would take me a very long time. Look at this website for further information on caffeine and the side effects it has. Some you have probably already had and didn't even notice.
Avatar f tn As long as that one cup isn't a double espresso you'll be fine. There are roughly 100mg of caffeine in an average sized cup of instant coffee. Once you get to barista coffee it's a whole different story.
645800 tn?1466860955 Well I could get decaf coffee but then there were all of the problems I was having before. I also never could stand instant coffee. So I started looking for a way to have coffee without all of those problems. I came across the Keurig coffee maker and decided to try that out. I don't have to measure out coffee ground so no strength issue. It makes a single cup of coffee so I don't have to remember to turn the opt off.
Avatar f tn Brewed coffee or instant powder? If it's brewed coffee, that should be fine since as others said, the current recommendation is about 1 cup per day. If it's instant powder, I would suggest looking up the caffeine content of the brand you are using and stick to the recommended less than 200 mg per day.
Avatar f tn Hello I am 31 years old I have been with my fiancee for 3 years now but I have problems having orgasms I use to have them all the time but now in the last maybe 2 years they stopped it gets to where I am fixing to have one then it goes away or the only way I can have one is if he eats me out sometimes it might take me over an hour to have one I can have one if I masterbait but that shouldn't be the only reason I have one it's really putting a strain on the relationship need help
Avatar f tn Sorry Expecting I was on Work. A cup of instant coffee has about 100mg of caffeine. Filter coffee or from a coffee house will have more. 50g of dark chocolate has about 40mg of caffeine. A can of soda has about 80mg of caffeine. My mother smoked about 15-25 a day when pregnant with my brother. When she was pregnant with me she quit smoking completely. And I had no health problems. With my little sister she cut down to about 10 a day and she has pretty bad asthma that requires a steroid inhaler.
Avatar f tn 60 mg Drinking a lot of coffee can cause serious physical and mental health problems. You can experience insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, palpitations, flushed face, lack of hunger and stomach complaints. A fatal dose of caffeine would be 10 grams of coffee or about 80 cups of coffee all at once. While you are not likely drinking anywhere near a fatal dose, you are probably experiencing some serious consequences from your heavy intake of caffeine. Are you addicted to the caffeine?
