thank you for your reply iv read a report in BMJ saying an unusual cause of this as appendicitis would this have shown up in the ultra sound scans or is a CT scan the only way to see this

But can find no source for it in the Philippines. Not in Cebu, not in Manila. I have a pharmacy in Canada that can provide it, but it has to be shipped in ice and can take 5 days to arrive. Fed Ex won't take it. Neither will UPS. Have to use Canada Post which "promises" 4 days. But if it gets stalled in customs, it will lose its potency.
Can't find in Hong Kong or Singapore either.
Any suggestions?

You should look at all the past threads in Tagalog and English, which I noticed are the two predominant languages in this forum. Many carriers in the Philippines are rejected for jobs both in the Philippines and especially the ones trying to go abroad to work in other countries. China also discriminates against its own population trying to get jobs. Some multinational companies who have set up shop (e.g. IBM) doesn't test for hbv.

The only reason I asked about the test being sent to a lab is because apparently CDC guidelines of 2014 say that the specificity/sensitivity of rapid 4th gen test done at point of care is not as great as 4th gen test in a lab. Nonetheless in Singapore, the default for HIV 4th gen tests is point of care rapid tests so there must be some merit in that.
I personally don't know of any in the Philippines. NDRF (dysautonomia research site) mentions Japan and Taiwan as far as Asia goes.
Because you mention episodes, I wonder if any of the doctors you saw tested you for pheochromocytoma? It's a rare tumor, usually found on an adrenal gland, that can episodically give off large amounts of catecholamine(s), which can cause high blood pressure, tachycardia, headache, sweating, etc.. Tachycardia itself can make a person short of breath.
Unless the area is swollen and severely infected the tenderness may be noted when the skin is palpated. The pain of appendicitis is severe and may be influenced by movement and certain positions.
I suggest immediate consult with your doctor.
At your age the incidence of retinal detachment is very low perhaps one in 7,000 If the "eye doctor" that saw you was a non-MD optometrist then see an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Your family MD can refer you. If you did see an eye MD then call their office for advice, a repeat exam might be in order. We cannot make or exclude a retinal detachment diagnosis over the internet.
I have a stinging pain in lower right side of abdominal(similar place where the appendix is) and the pain is appeared irregulary(especially when lying on my back).
I don't feel this pain in normal or during working somthing else but the pain always occurs when I lie on my back with stretched legs(so, I have been sleeping on my side bending my right knee for about 2 years as I can't lie on my back).
If pulse is more than 80 and blood shows high TLC counts, is suggestive of appendicitis. In case of ureter stone, urine usually shows infection and ultrasound is diagnostic, pain is usually radiating in nature.
Well colon pain is colicky or dull in nature, do you have recent history of diarrhea?
Also, I would ask for a blood test to rule out appendicitis, sometimes this can be a sign of beginning appendicitis, you certainly do not want it to get worse.

I know your situation is confusing. But you are now well and truly beyond the time frame for developing antibodies. You can get the correct IgG testing privately and that will cost you, but I think it will give you peace of mind.
