t know where else to ask this question but can anyone tell me why the site will not let me put on any more pictures on my profile? i managed to get one on and when i try to do another it says it is submitting but then i just get a "this webpage has expired" and i am off line! been happening since yesterday. what the...? anyway, if anyone out there knows about his i'd appreciate a tip.

Yes. I feel the same way. Before ToX I felt strong and confident that I could take on any challenge, face anything. I was only on it for 14-weeks. It didn't work well enough. Stopped a couple of months ago.
My memory and concentration have improved since stopping, but I still feel like I am only half the person I that I was. I feel very limited now. Much less competant in just about every aspect of my life.
when my computer starts running out of memory it gets a case of short term memory loss on a monthly basis! i compress all the old files/ delete some of them i dont need that essay i wrote last year anymore i just give it away.... i know its some where with someone but im not going to worry about some nonsense from a few years ago...i just hide it.... its all i can do..... what can i say? people make mistakes and when that happens the mistakes get compressed and kept safe out of reach....
I had also abused acid, meth, cocaine, and huffed butane but not so much as to call a habit. I also boxed as an amateur off and on for the past 5 yrs. I have an incredibly bad short term memory issue to such an extent that I can't retain the info taken in for 30 sec to 1 min later. This is not with all subjects though. It is especially difficult with names and locations.
ve done cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, and alcohol. My issue is that I feel like I have memory and cognitive issues due to my past drug use. I have since graduated from college and hold a computer related job. I do well in my job, but can't get over the past drug use and blaming it for my perceived inadequacies. I do brain training programs like mindfit, sudoku, read books, yoga, work out etc. I am literally trying everything I can to try and regain my sharp memory and cognitive skills.
Did you see that cave that was on sale on Ebay? You'd like to live in that thing. They built a house in it, a really nice one. Doesn't need heat or AC, naturally comfortable temperature.

Decided to add a little more info after looking at a few other posts, I am diabetic and have had a few low blood sugars where I have gone into seizures. This has happened maybe 3 times since I have been diagnosed about 10 years ago. I don't recall If I had any memory problems before this happened but I always did well in school until recently my memory seems to have gotten a lot worse.
I have read some horrifying posts about Lexapro damaging memory (some of which people say is permanent) and considering taking half a dose a few days and either continuing that permanently or quitting. I cannot afford to lose any memory space at this point in my life. I'd rather be anxious than dumb -_- .
