Avatar n tn I just got my rx for it. "Incivek". NDC# 51167-100-01 or 02 (blister pack of by the bottle-168) Depending on you RX provider, you need to find out if it is in their formulary so the insurance can process it and find out your co-pay. Im on blue cross and they had it within a week on their formulary. Drug store has to order it. Riteaide said it retails for about $9200 a month (ouch!)...luckily my co-pay is only $70 a month.

Avatar n tn It used to be availabe in both the US and the UK, but the patent expired and the company stopped making it. However, there is a generic version called Acidic Vaginal Jelly. The NDC code is 0603-7701-92. Any pharmacy in the U.S. should be able to find the product in their database using that code. But be prepared to wait a couple of days for them to order it because few pharmacies keep it in stock. I used it so often that my pharmicist began stocking just for me.

988694 tn?1332359479 My cream is a 10% strength. There are NDC codes for both the active ingredient and for the neutral cream base, and the medication contains ONLY those two ingredients. therefore your gynecologist's assertion that it is not monitored for safety is inexcusably ignorant. However, you may have to take Prometrium and have a problem before your insurance company will give you a compound. This is called "step therapy" and most insurance companies require it.
Avatar n tn They were sometimes repackaged for the Vets so you have to double check the NDC number to make sure you get the right manufacturer. Caraco is 72% owned by Sun Pharmaceutical company that is based in India. Sun also supplies most or all of Caraco's chemical ingrediants that go into their drugs. I hope this helps. I would get into the nearest Naturopathic doctor who does Chelation and get tested.
