i have had breast cancer 1x 1998 with a reaccurence in 2000. i just had a cat scan of my chest,pelvis,abdomen
it revealed 3 4 mm lesions..the report reads like this...small 3-4mm lesions in the mid and lower dorsal spine veterbral bodies..early hematogenous metastaic disease must be given first consideration also it states it projects along the right superior acetabulum and proximal left femur what does this mean and what should be my next step?
Osteoporosis medications like Raloxifene (Evista), alendronate (Fosomax), risendronate (Actonel) and ibandronate (Boniva) all can cause flu like symptoms in individuals that are taking them. I am not sure what medications you are on, but this could be your problem.
Further i was prescribed me Sulfasalazine, Indomethacin SR, Vitamin D Sachet, Ibandronate and Calcium tablets when the symptoms not controlled.
Currently I am suffering from pain my thorasis spine and chest(Rt), Knee(Rt), Area near thorasis spine(Lt), sometimes red eye, Ankle and heels pain, shoulder pain(Lt), neck pain and pain in left region of hip.
Iam a recent cancer survivor im 19 years old i was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 16 in 2012 leukemia is a blood cancer,my treatment just ended in june 2014 so u could only imagine how much chemotherapy ive taken to my body also i over dosed on accident with my prescription meds.. And also had 2 strokes due to medication also i almost died with an allergic reaction to a type of chemo luckily i was at the hospital when that happened.

I had cervical cancer removed 6 years ago. I had a cancer screening appt set just to make sure I was cancer free prior to trying for our first. Little did we know I was pregnant already! Next week my appt will consist of u/s and cancer screening. And it's been 3 years since my last check up. My husband and I are both anxious to get this out of the way. Fingers crossed. That lump could be anything from a cyst to cancer you should make an appointment with your doctor & let them see it & decide what's going on it could be what doctors call a fibroid cyst what that does is it starts off small gets bigger then dissolves it is harmless & won't have to be removed. But without going to the Doctor you can't really tell.
I would like to know what does that mean? Is that a big emergency? I have pain in the back. Is that cancer? Could you please give me an advice.
There are other causes for this other than cancer. It could be an inflammation or infection as well. Definitely should be further investigated, i.e. doing a Cystoscopy.
Hi- I'm a 25 year old female. Very active, very healthy...not overweight (115 lbs). I don't smoke, drink, or take drugs. I have no family history of cancer. Both parents are alive and well. No medical problems except I am homozygous for factor V leiden (dx Feb 2012 by blood tests after 2nd blood clot as a result of birth control which I am no longer taking).
It all started in June when I noticed hard tiny (about the size of a pea) lymph nodes in my groin area.
How high was your Ca125? Sometimes a Ca125 can be elevated for other reasons than cancer.
