I have always had irregular periods that were painful and what I thought were terrible at the time. Now that I have started back having periods since the baby, I would gladly take my worst period from before as opposed to now. Last month my period lasted from July19-Aug6. This month I started on Aug 19-and am still going. The pain is so much worse than I have ever had. I Believe smoking to certain people more than others can be a very harmful and as for me I exercise very steadily and sing and I do a lot of breath control exercises for my singing and play drums very hard and I still lightly smoke cigarette and sometimes while I am active I get a arrhythmia it lasts for 3 or 4 minutes I feel my heart is pounding so fast I could even feel my heart beat in my throat and sometimes I get a panic about it and that will make my heart even go faster but I notice that

I have not had my period yet and I am about 6 days late for my period. I have had some crampings and such and have felt sick at my stomach (but never physically sick). I have taken a few hpt's all negative (the latest was yesterday). So I guess I am waiting and it is driving me crazy! I just want to know something!
