I am a 36 yr old female and I have had problems sleeping for about 10 years now. All of this started
with a stressful job I had 10 yrs ago. I started to develop insomnia and sleep anxiety. Tried Remeron (sp?) at first, work great but made me want to eat all the time. I quit that job and things did get a little better, but I could never get my normal sleep patterns back. I either cant go to sleep, cant fall into REM sleep or wake up early.
