Avatar f tn I just replaced my VW Jetta with a Toyota Matrix a couple weeks ago. I don't think it has any more cargo space but it's fun to drive and gets pretty good gas mileage too. Since my husband drives a little commuter sedan I think it's important for one of us to have a car big enough for longer family trips.
4295582 tn?1358796415 Pontiac grand-am great gas mileage roomy 4 door car safe and still looks sleek and sexy...
Avatar f tn s truck whenever they can. Not good for the gas mileage. I guess my point is that you CAN get the car seat in and out. Its doable. But if you can get something else, you will probably prefer it.
Avatar f tn My 5 year old stepdaughter has to use a booster seat by law here, my 3 year old is in a toddler car seat and now with the little one due any time we have to figure how to squeeze the base and infant seat into there too. We have a 4-door Hyundai sonata. Short of taking off a door I'm pretty stuck on what the heck to do here. lol. Anybody else found to trick to make it all fit safely???
599170 tn?1300973893 They have attractive and unique styling features. And, they offer very good mileage (21-31 MPG) on regular gas. I bought a 2009 Legacy Outback, which is a crossover SUV/ Wagon for 30K, including tax and licensing fees. Mine's a fully loaded 5 door hatchback... with an enhanced speaker system plus satellite radio; leather seats, front and side air bags, tinted side windows, heating system inside the front seats; sunroof... etc.
Avatar f tn You only have to worry about seating the one baby for now, i don't see why a truck wouldn't be sensible except for the gas mileage but other that that your baby will be safer in a truck than a regular car. I would push more for a truck that will seat all of you comfortably. What do you consider a more sensible car?
Avatar m tn I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function. The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
173939 tn?1333217850 100 $ per month. - Luckily there is a super-clean laundromat in my neighborhood. I ignore my old washing machine at home, make use of the much larger machines, tackle all washing within two sessions per month for max. 15$ but save 45$ on my gas and electricity bill. Laundry goes on clothes line and the environment is happy. This is just an example of many and I am sure some of you have much more efficient ideas. Let them come!
Avatar f tn I would go with a Dodge Grande Caravan. They are one of the safest van's on the market. I had a 2007 and was in an accident and was hit from the front drivers side. I was driving and was the only injured. The coolest safety feature is that instead of the engine falling into the lap of the driver it just drops out of the car, which it did in mine. This made my injures a lot less than they could have been.
Avatar n tn D congrats!!
Avatar m tn Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
Avatar m tn It would be great if there was a way to put in your daily mileage ridden and see a sub total, weekly, monthly and yearly and maybe keep running totals of calories burned based on your weight from the weight tracker.
645800 tn?1466860955 Over the last 2 months I have been getting 24 MPG and it is looking like my next filled will be over 25 MPG. That is a 50% increase in gas mileage. Do you think it heard me talking to my friend about trading it in on something that gets better gas mileage?
Avatar f tn We're calling around tomorrow to see what's available. We didn't find out until after 9 tonight. Unfortunately we own a little lowered Hyundai Accent-so a trailer is out of the question unless we can find a buddy with a truck willing to tow it.
645800 tn?1466860955 Not only did I trade in my pickup ( for about $1000 more than I figured) , but also got them to buy my box trailer ( one less thing to worry about). I should now spend at least 1/2 of what I use to spend on gas as I am already getting 46 MPG with it. It is also my favorite color ( Blue) so that is also a plus ( hated the color of my pickup ( Black) . Of course nature sure was trying to mess me up on the way home. First a black dog ran across the road in front of me, than i started to rain.

Avatar m tn Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
268911 tn?1213744781 OMG...it has here too...but man...I drive an older Jeep Cherokee and it's paid for..so the gas mileage isn't great..but I have no payment. I actually now alter my routes and try and do all my errands at once and truly watch how much I drive.
Avatar f tn I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
