My fiance and I are disagreeing on how many pack n plays to have. We had once given to us, but I want to buy a new one. I want to keep the new one here and use the one given to us for when we travel. What is every one else opinion on this?
s something I have slowly been picking away at, as I remember something I pack it. Plus a lot of things I need to pack for myself are things I use on a regular basis still. So I would slowly work on it, then when the day comes, you're either fully packed, or just need to throw in a few items and be on your way!
I did a lot of international travel during tx and had no problems. For a long flight I would pack it with one of the frozen thingies that came with every shipment. At security I would tell TSA that I was carrying injectable meds and syringes with a cold pack. They were real good about it. I always carried copies of my prescriptions but nobody ever asked for one.
Anyone taking humira and feel like they are sick coming down with a cold for a week after injection? Not a full blown cold but the start of one. I feel like this always and this is my 3rd dosage ( counting the starter kit), so I'm new to humira. I've noticed if I'm stressed, I'll even get a sore throat. I know humira suppresses your immune system but are you supposed to feel like you're coming down with something every injection or will this go away with time?
Of course it seems a lot of folks have the same questions you do after reading humira info online - found a lot of questions asking if humira causes herpes.
If you already have herpes simplex, either orally or genitally, it could cause it to reactivate. Most people never get tested for herpes to know that they have it.
Hi monicaroni, I have been taking Humira almost 8 months. I take humira for Crohns Althougth reap the benefit for the AS. I am thinking that you probably had a concurrent infection brewing when you Started Humira. Good Luck managing your AS, I appreciate how difficult it can be with mobility issues, and treating pain.

drug , which mainly inhibits TNF (tumor necrosis factor).
There's a growing amount of evidence of the development of Autoimmune conditions, related to TNF inhibitors, such as Remicade, Humira and other biologics.
Does anyone have any experience in this sector or for that matter any international sector? Airline advises me to carry the pegasys in thermocol packs with ice pack and in checked in baggage. All your views would be appreciated.
I have both a regular wood crib and travel crib which is the playpen/crib. I was gonna put the wooden one in her nursery and the travel one in my room since I'm gonna be breastfeeding. But I don't know how safe the travel crib is for her to sleep during the night.
With my 3 yearold son we ended up not using the crib and doing the co sleeping, but since then the hubby has become a really hard sleeper. So I'm afraid that he would roll on her in the middle of the night.
I bought a diabetic travel pack which is nylon zippered ice pack about the size of a book. It would hold an injection needle, INF, RBV supply and for my 2nd tx VX950 (which also requires refrigeration) along with my script for all. At the airport I'd quietly ask a TSA person to side and explain I was taking a form of Chemo....no further questions. They were very gracious about the whole thing.

My husband missed his dose of Humira by 24 hours a week ago. He is now vomiting regularly like he did prior to his diagnosis. Is this normal with a missed dose? He has been on Humira since September.
I just started Humira (2 shots so far) and have had a worsening of symptoms since the first shot. My hands/feet have become swollen and my joints hurt more than before I started taking the Humira. I also have systemic vasculitis (Churg-Strauss Syndrome) and am on Cytoxan and Prednisone, but I have been taking both for more than a year and know the side-effects from each.
So obviously thanksgiving is next week & ill be 34 weeks, I live in indiana & my family is having our thanksgiving in ohio because my aunt just had surgery & cant travel.. but anyway everyone keeps saying I shouldn't travel that far ( only 3 1/2 hrs from me ) being 34 Weeks 4 days... I just want to eat lol and spend time with family
What would u do in my situation?
Your stuff like travel size shampoo,conditioner,body wash, travel toothpaste and toothbrush, comfy clothes.
