Hey there. I saw that no one answered your post. I don't know if this helps or not but my Gastro doc prescribed Entocort and Nexium to me. I also took Flagyl the first few weeks. That was an antibiotic. The Entocort is a steroid to help with the inflamation and ulcers and obviously the Nexium is for excess stomach acid. I guess it's working. I've been taking them for a few months now. They are still trying to figure out if I really have Crohns or not.

My BD has been maintained by Humira 40Mg weekly and Imuran 200Mg daily for over a year. Prior to that Humira was bi-weekly for about 8 months and Enbrel was used for about 8 months prior to it. All in combination with Imuran 150Mg or 200Mg. During this time I have had uveitis (lasted for about 4 months) followed by gastritis (8 months), followed by strep throat leading to chronic tonsilitis and re-occuring bronchitis flares for 6 months that triggered asthma and now back to uveitis...

I keep waking up with bad night sweats , my pillow ,sheets & whole body will feel like a pool, anybody get these ?, they just started during my pregnancy .

I'm so glad I'm not the only one the night sweats totally suck. I'm gonna be so glad when it stops.

I was getting the night sweats around 20 weeks or so, i would just keep water next to mt bed side. Yea its going to make you go to the bathroom alot, but it helps. Im now 30 weeks and havnet gotten night swats lately.

Anyone suffer from night sweats during their pregnancy? If so, anything that can help??

To my understanding nights sweats are a product of a fever, right? Can you have night sweats without a fever? If so would non-fever night sweats relate to HIV still? Also how do you know if your having a fever at night? in the past when I had a night sweat, I would just wake up because I'm wet usually around my neck and chest area, I don't feel like I had fever. I remember in the past when I got tested for HIV I got so stressed I was having night sweats, test turned out to be negative.

Has anyone else been having night sweats? I wake up 2-3 times a night just so hot...it is November in Michigan so it is not hot outside! I literally have to open the window and turn on a fan...

Lots of people dont even get that much so early in detox!!! I didnt have a problem with the night sweats but Im sure someone will be along soon who can give you some advice and encouragement!! I imagine its still your body trying to find "normal" again!!!Keep up the great job!!!

Im 27 weeks and oh my lord. I had them really really bad early on, like i would wake up and be drenched. It didnt matter if i slept in my pjs or just my undies. It has calmed down a lot though since the first few months. I always have a fan going and have a cold pillow inbetween my legs.

i had my right ovary and fallopian tube removed 4 weeks ago due to a very large cyst being attached to my ovary. Ever since then i have suffered really awful and bad night sweats. I have discussed it with the doctor but he has said it is a hormone unbalance and the left ovary is playing catch up and needs to work for both ovaries now the right one has gone and this may take a while. In the mean time i am literally surviving on 2 hours sleep a night.

We are used to the Hypo induced sweating at night but recently he has been experiencing terrible night sweats which are NOT related to a hypo. He has been waking up drenched, and going hot and cold and we are both losing sleep - with full time jobs and young children this is getting tricky!

I'm 19 years old. Lately, more specifically for the past month or so, I have been waking up in the middle of the night soaked in sweat, and i find myself having to change my shirt upon returning to bed. It has literally only been a month since I've started experiencing these night sweats! it has been occuring 3 or 4 times a week. Should I be concerned? I have heard from several people that nightsweats are quite common with people my age entering adulthood.

Does anyone know the specifics of Night sweats and ARS? Like how long do they last, and how much sweat you produce. I have been having them every night for the past 2+ months... And also I heard Teak say on another post, that swollen lymphnodes associated with ARS are not Tender, and do not hurt with pressure applied. Can anyone confirm this?

So I've been getting night sweats every night. Not really bad, but I wake up clammy all over my body, like I broke a small fever or something. I'm not fevered.... it's just a night sweat. I was wondering if Lexapro has a side effect of night sweats? Or is it just anxiety? Thanks guys!

Just a quick one not really related to my personal risk exactly, but is it possible for night sweats to be ARS over 14 weeks after exposure, or would all the symptoms come at once? And I have also noticed an increase in eye floaters, but I think that may be just stress.

When I started, I was also taking bioidentical progesterone, estrogen mix and DHEA to control hot flashes and night sweats, which it was doing very well. Once levothyroxine came in, the flashes and night sweats came back with a vengeance and I had trouble sleeping.
