I drink red wine every now n then. About a glass a week. Sssh don't tell anyone. Might get slammed. Actually my friend is a doctor and he said the benefits of a glass of red wine a day would actually be helpful... he's just not technically allowed to recommend it as there are no studies proving it is safe. There are no studies proving it is unsafe either. But he has to err on the side of caution. Honestly, go ahead and drink your light beer!

I have been drinking beer nightly since 2000. I can now drink about 15 beers a night if I loose track of how much ive drank. I can't go to detox due toy job, but I need to stop. I feel like crap in the morning. But I'm what is known as a functional alcoholic, drink at night work during the day. But I need to stop, I get panicked if there's not a 30 pack of coors light in the house. I just don't know how I'm gonna do this. So afraid of going into dts.

In the evening, after work, I drink about a twelve pack of Coors Light. Should I come clean with the Dr., or try Suboxon, or should I try to look for methadone? Where do you get it @ do they realy try to get you off of it? I have been to an Ortho @ nuro @ they both wanted to refer me to pain managemt. I dont want to go any stronger but now I dont know what to do. Any body, any help? I am still in severe pain, but I cant stand this. THANKS!!!!

i bought a bottle of wine yesterday.. almost finished it during the course of the day..decided to get a coors .. man.. weak., maybe felt anxiety..cause i didnt know what was going on.. i didnt drink at all all the next day.. bought a coors light.. couldnt finish it. . its like i took a huge swig.. and my arms felt like all the energy left it. i'm about to go get a bottle of wine to c what happens.. any ideas?

I've been smoking for about six years. A pack lasts me 2-3 days. I can go a day without smoking no problem. Why can't I stop then? Am I truly addicted or is it just in my head?

Since my average intake of dietary iron is around 16 mg per day and the only supplements I take is a multivitamin with no iron and the UL of iron for an adult male is about 45 mg, I'm not going to worry about it.

I pack a glass of water with me where ever i am. I also drink G2 when im at work so i make sure not to get dehydrated. I drink well over 64oz but I like water a lot. We dont keep soda or anything unhealthy in our house so it makes it easier just to drink water.
