I been smoking for 11 years now. The er at the time prescribed me ventolin hfa. I went to my regular dr a week later and they ordered me a pulmonary function test. I got the results and it says that there is nothing wrong with my lungs. But i still continue to get the cough off and on every 3-4 months. Every time i use my inhaler, my chest gets aggravated and congested and it makes me cough more...as of 2013, im 28 weeks pregnant and im still smokin cigarettes.

I have been diagnosed with Bronchiolar asthma all my life (22 years), My inhalers have not been a bother with me worked perfect helped me so much expect the Blue one which made my Asthma worse.

The only new med that I have been taking in the past 2 weeks is Ventolin HFA (Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol) for my coughing after coming down with flue. Hello ahsas, How do you know you are allergic to asthma medication? If you are asthmatic, you need to be on some sort of asthma medication as the asthma can get worse. See your family doctor asap. I have asthma and I have two kinds of asthma medication that I have to take daily. The ones I take are called Pulmicort ( 2 x a day) and Bricanol as needed. Don't fool around with asthma. Go to your family doctor and get looked at, get evaluated for the proper asthma meds. Good luck.

Most if not all are related to treatment with interferon and while the problems those people have experienced are not good they are experienced by a minority of patients. Also I believe at least some of them had other medical conditions which most likely complicated their treatment or their livers were already in bad shape to begin with.
