I have been on Ditropan, then Ditropan XR (or EX, don't remember which is correct) and after about 10 years that didn't work, so my doctor put me on Enablex and that works pretty well. Then I got a new Dr. and he wanted to switch me to Vesicare. That didn't work well, either, and I began having episodes of incontinence and urgency again. It's almost open enrollment for Medicare Part D, and the plan that is the most affordable otherwise doesn't cover Enablex at all anymore.

If so it could be related to an exercise induce injury or reaction, like if you tend to lean on one side more or lefted heavier weights on one side more. How long has this been going on? You might have a hard time going to a doctor with a complaint of a "weird" feeling, so I would hold off until your symptoms are more clear, or give it some time to see if it goes away. I had been to Drs all my life.....non DX until I was 48....it can take time not only because not all Drs will give MRI's for the symptoms we may present with ...but so many do not know how Chiari can and does affect us...and they dismiss it so many times....
