I'm watching an episode where this lady has a week old baby boy and her hoarding is so bad there are dead rats everywhere! Like seriously how are these people allowed to take their kids home and keep them!?

I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!

I get the same thing...bigeminy and trygeminy! I hate them all, esp when they last for hours on end. Do you have them for hours?

Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.

I should also say that I am a migrainer but until this last episode it was mostly aura with no headache. The episode of tingling I had a few years ago with with no headache (or not such a noteable one) and that I also get visual scintilating aura (sorry for the spelling) both those are often without headache. Interestingly, for the past several months I've had the headache with tingling but not the visual aura. A week ago I had my first visual aura I've had in I think 8 months.

I was at Robin Hood today with my family and began to feel quite ill. It was right after my second Mt.Dew & popcorn so I thought it may be from a sugar rush. However, as I sat longer my feet began to shake, my breathing became more difficult and I got severe nausea. So I rushed to the bathroom for twenty minutes. I recently got my blood pressure checked and it was 151 over 97 with a 141 pulse. I also weigh 240 pounds & stand 5'10.

So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.

Alright so. I was born with pierre robin syndrome and have a history of cleft pallets on my moms side of the family. The chances of our baby having pierre robin syndrome or at least a cleft pallet are pretty high. So my question is though can this prevent me from having a home birth?? I really want to have a home birth but my step mom is a cardiac nurse and keeps pestering me about going to a hospital instead. So i just wanted to get some input from you guys on what you think.

The Virchow-Robin spaces could definitly be the cause of your headaches and dizziness/motion sickness, which could result in an upset stomache. VRS is hard to explain, it is enlargening around the arteries in your brain. It involves pathways that contain interstitial fluid and cerebral spinal fluid that can affect balance/coordination and cause motion sickness, amoung a variety of other neurological symptoms.

Robin Williams past away yesterday and I am so emotional about it !!!!! I loved him as an actor yes. I love Whitney Houston as a singer but I did not cry when she passed away. Is this just my hormones acting crazy !!

She has 26 animals 11 outside big unfriendly dogs that only she can interact with which is ok, 6 inside little dogs and 6 or7 inside cats now she lives in older 2 bedrroom 2 bath trailer which is fine but once you walk in door all you smell is cat pi$$ awful and her house is a plum mess something you would see on tv hoarders that bad. She loves her animals and takes care them but not house.

When I got ill and couldn't perform my job. I felt really bad. The work project that I had was a real pressure cooker and I went into hypo mania. I said many weird things. I acted out of ordinary. Work in Progress Report Chart looked out of kilter. I had to drop out of the job because my illness flaired up. Everyone at work knows I have BP - grapevine is alive and active. So they thrust me into 60 MRIs, 20 CAT scans, a spectroscopy, an EEG, and an arteriogram. Their conclusion- Prominent Virchow-Robin Spaces. Now I feel like this is an inadequate diagnosis. I cannot find any information on it and my doctors are of no help to me. They shove more pills down my throat than answers. Does anyone know any information on Prominent Virchow-Robin Spaces? What are they? Why do they happen? What do they do? Would it cause something like this to me?

I agree with Jaquta, it will be interesting to read the expert's response... where is that fellow.... But seriously, I would have to say that the answer to your question depends on whether or not there is any evidence of mood cycling before this. Your family member might want to read up about cyclothymia and hypomania which are milder forms of mood cycling. If you have access to a library I like the book "Why Am I Still Depressed?

Lol I had a blast my two Lil boys were bat man and robin and me and my nf matched he was bat man and I was robin so much fun trick or treating and watching them have a blast :)
