I know exactly how you feel. The only rooms that aren't messy at my place are the bathrooms & the babys room lol! I work full time & when i get home I'm like why bother?.. Hopefully i get a day or two cleaning spurt & get it done!
So.... my husband's parents are hoarders and I've never been to their house but our daughter has. She's 3 years old. We have a little boy on the way and I just don't know if I want my kids going over there especially if I'm not allowed to.. Idk how bad the situation is and I know my husband is embarrassed. I've never talked to my in laws about it. They make me uncomfortable as is. I have been distant from them for the last couple months.
Wanted me to watch the episode. I was confused because there was so little mentioned of the condition. It centered around the man being gay. I was really stymied. I was hoping to be more informed, to see something, some of what you all go through. It's important to me. It's important to my friend. :-) I was not happy with what was not portrayed. They should re-do the episode and do it accurately. After all, the show centers around medical disorders.
I personally have not heard of a watch that records what is going on. I have a watch that tells me what my beat rate is but that is about it. I know there is some sort of heart monitor pen that came out but to get an accurate diagnosis it is really beneficial to catch the beginning of an episode and any hand held device would not capture that.
Was watching one of those sort of horridly-fascinating shows last night on TV that is about hoarders, except this one is about pet hoarders. They visited a couple's house who had 24 cats. The vet who was talking to the couple and she went into the room where the catboxes were, and commented on the smell, and she had handheld meter that she set down on the floor. It measured ammonia in the air.
I watch it sometimes,but missed the last episode.I do like it though. I wish i could have a therapist come here to help me too. I find it very hard to go see my therapist. I guess that's why I havent been there in a few months. I am going to try again in 2 weeks.

I am now on DAY 47! and I can not explain how good I feel being off those darn pills. Clearer head and even though I sometimes (rarely now) have bad days, I just remind myself that life is best w/out the drugs.
Anyways, I remember when I was detoxing, more than a month ago, someone posted that a Dr Phil episode about pill popping twins was going to be on.
I was rewatching an episode of Strong Medicine on youtube when I started recognizing symptoms (except the seizures) of the governor. Now I've seen this show about a million times since it premiered, but I didn't remember what the diagnosis was. Boy was I surprised when I found out. (hint I'm posting it here for a reason.) Its very informative and might make u think twice about the birthing process in the united states. When I tell people I want a natural birth and they question me I tell them to watch this movie. I agree anyone should research both sides of any situation but wjst I do agree with in the movie is the way my choice seems not to matter in a dr setting or being confused about what's going on because dr.s don't take the tome to explain what they're doing.
does anyone else watch h3lls' kitchen with gordon ramsey? i've been watching it since the first season and omg i love gordon ramsey!!! he's so mean and so crude but his shows are amazing. h3ll's kitchen, kitchen nightmares, gordon ramsey's f word.

But seriously, I would have to say that the answer to your question depends on whether or not there is any evidence of mood cycling before this.
Your family member might want to read up about cyclothymia and hypomania which are milder forms of mood cycling. If you have access to a library I like the book "Why Am I Still Depressed?
