Avatar f tn They fill me up for hours, no hunger pangs, loaded with vitamins and minerals, they surprisingly fill me up more than cereal or toast ever did, those used to leave me hungry looking for more food. I think the high protein in the shakes helps with that, too. One thing that really appeals to me is that often I don't have the appetite or time to have a meal for breakfast or lunch, so this is quick and not much to consume. It's great also for teaching temperance and self-control.
