No over the counter supplements work for me except GNC triple strength fish oil and GNC Melatonin 3 - they do have a higher dose but this worked for me- my opioid prescription use is a moderate/low dose. I have addequete daytime dosing but not at all during the night which provokes feelings of pain- anxiety and withdrawal and these supplements are a blessing ;) lasts too!!
