I just took my blood glucose level and it's 121 after traveling and snacking most of the day. I don't think any of the snacks had a sugar content, i.e. Pork Skins, Cashews, and for lunch I had a Bologna/cheese sandwich with a little mayo. Nothing but water to drink. I was and am supposed to take Prednisone every day for the rest of my life. I stopped after a few months when I developed Diabetes. I think this is a case where the cure is worse than the condition.
