After any strenuous running, (hard efforts of 1-2 minutes) I am breathing hard, lightheaded, highly nauseous,
and usually vomit. This feels terrible (
and is embarrassing
and frustrating)
and lasts about 20 minutes. Every other kid doing the same exact workout is totally fine, even the ones who are in far worse shape. I am hydrated adequately, I eat correctly, I have no other medical problems. I was cleared by a pulmonologist, cardiologist, immunologist, and sports doctor.
