2032582 tn?1344530876 If your BP is high you could get these symptoms, but it would be very high and if you're normal most of the time, it would be less likely to be BP. The ability to hear your BP in your ears is also pretty common, but could also be a symptom of very high BP. Are you on the Zoloft when this happens? In any case, you should mention this to your doctor to be safe.
976897 tn?1379167602 My current BP is around 145/105 and sometimes higher. Is there a natural substance which helps with BP that anyone knows of? Or, do I need to ask the Doctor to change me to another med?

5002615 tn?1366014009 Okay i read this a lot on here but what the heck is bp?
212161 tn?1599427282 One more thing to think about, you could also be experiencing some anxiety related increases in your BP. When measuring BP, you should take it once and only once a day at about the same time. Before taking it, be still for about 5 mins to get an accurate reading. You must also wait at least 5 mins between readings in order to give your arteries time to recover. It is common knowledge if you take multiple readings at a time you will see higher numbers as this tends to increase anxiety.
212161 tn?1599427282 ok been high all day got upto 175/85 took a ativan its now down to 121/82,,, so if it came down with a ativan and no bp pill does that mean it was anxiety and not heart problem?

Avatar f tn Recently my electrophysiologist had me cut metropol in half as my heart rate was consistently running in low 40s. My bp immediately went up so he had me resume full dose and instead cut cardizem in half. That was about 4 days ago. It seemed to be working ok until last night. At 8:30 p.m. bp was 108/67. I woke up around 2 a.m. with a headache on back right side of head plus shoulder pain. I have fibromyalgia so assumed it was from that. By 4 a.m when I took my dog out I decided to check bp.
Avatar f tn Alright, thank you! My Bp has been really high lately and I have every symptom of preeclampsia except for protein in my urine.
Avatar m tn Is it normal to still feel fatigue after taking the bp meds for a few months? I thought the fatigue was supposed to go away after the body gets used to the bp meds???
Avatar f tn I had my BP checked yesterday at the doctor and it was 110/64 and I've been having horrible anxiety. Today I started coming down from the anxiety and felt hot and out of it and had my BP checked at Walmart and it was 136/86 I did it again thinking that can't be right a min later and it was 126/84 is this just the Walmart machine maybe not being that accurate?
Avatar f tn When I'm not pregnant my bp is normal do u have bp issues when not pregnant or did yours start with pregnancy like mine
Avatar f tn I'm at 35w3d and at my apt yesterday the doctor told me my BP is slightly elevated. My BP was 184/84(I don't know what all the numbers actually mean), I have slight swelling in my legs and feet, occasional light headedness and bright spots in my peripheral. She sent me home with orders to check my BP 2x a day, rest as much as possible, and track the other symptoms. She also ordered all sorts of bloodwork and a 24hr urine collection for protein. Has anyone else dealt with this?
Avatar f tn Sometimes high BP could mean early delivery :/ how far along are you?
