This virus and life with is so debilitating the emotional sigma is so much worst then physical and health risks. I simply don't understand why there is not more public campaigns to help remove the sigma from this disease. Seems like this is pushed to an underworld which no one wants to talk about. There numerous people come out and talk about and disclose their status with HIV.
Stadol is partial agonist/antagonist drug that blocks the mu opiate receptors and stimulates the sigma opiate receptors.Tramadol stimulates the Mu receptors and possibly the sigma as well.Looks like Stadol will block the effects of tramadol,but I have been wrong before and maybe there is some new literature that supports the use of these drugs together.I just have not been able to find it.

Pentazocine rather is thought to active delta and sigma opioid receptors. These receptors have been implicated in dissociative and hallucinatory effects. You are at greater risk of having a seizure from using the medication than you are from withdrawal. I don't know a lot about the withdrawal syndrome, but it is not considered to be life-threatening.
She had surgery on 5/5 to remove tumor - included remover of omentum, full hysterectomy, and approx 10 cm of sigma colon removed (since tumor was around this part of colon). 2 small under 5 mm cancer tumors were left on diaphram - surgeon was confident chemo will handle. Otherwise, all cancer tumor was removed. A friend pointed out Mayo Clinic study from about 2006 that looked back at 244 patients that showed significant improval in 5 year survival by removing even under 1 cm spots on diagram.
I have about 24 pills left in that bottle, with no intention of refilling and no intention of taking more than 1 per day. I have read horrid stories on this website regarding Tramadol addiction, and the last thing I want to is get hooked on these. I am curious, do you think I could use these short-term like for the next 30 days or so without getting hooked on them.
I thought Tramadol was a “Non-Opiate medication, but an “Opiate-Like” medication.

Initially i have seen increasing sigma under foreskin and I have dried penis head for about 7 days, and I am applying petroleum gel. I also found high cholesterol last two weeks back and taking Atorvastatin 10mg. I am on regular BP medication and taking Enalapril Maleate 5mg and Amtadipine Besilate 5mg daily. I also have dried lips from few days and overall skin is drying in few more places, like hands and legs. I am wondering if this is due to my sexual activity or other medications.
Has anyone been taking Thyroxine long term and had no effects, i worry because becuase of long term causing Lung cancer etc and i did some reading and yes it links kind of to it, but we also dont no their outside environment or diet etc.

well its a long story i wasn't feeling well about two three months ago and my doctor checked the symptoms and thought i might have inner ear infection so of course i took all these drugs for inner ear infection and then i took an ear test and it came back normal so i thought this might be the result of drugs or side effects, and i was on buspar too the anti-anxiety drug for a little bit, my neurologist also gave me neurobion i think thats what its called for vitamin B1, B6, B12 deficiency a
I am a 42 year old woman with frequent lower left quandrant pain. I've had this pain for the past 2 years, off and on. I've been checked by my obgyn as I have a history of complex and simple cysts of both ovaries as well as cervix; I had a partial hysterectomy 4 years ago. This most recent bout of pain has lasted 2 weeks; it is more pronounced in the morning and after exercise. My abdomen seems to be slightly swollen only on the left side and is tender to the touch.
t seem to take higher doses of T4. I am really in between 75 and 88. Tried splitting both a 75 and 88 per day and that didn't work either and even alternated the two at full strength. I felt different each day and didn't like it.
So now back down to the 75 and increased the cytomel to the 5 mg cytomel split.
I think you misunderstood, the dr wants me to try 75 for 5 days and 88 for 2 OR 75 for 6 days and 112.5 (1.5 of a 75) on Sundays.
I'm concerned jumping from a 75 to 112.
