Since the last 5 days, i have been experiencing frequent urination. After i pass urine, i feel the urge to pass urine again after half hour or hour. Initially, there was slight burning when passing urine but not anymore. I got urine test done but it shows no infection. One month ago, i got digestive problems and acidity and doctor gave me Zantac for that and i was fine within a week. Now ocassionally, i experience acidity and burning in stomach so i avoid fried foods.
last november i had a check up with a blood panel done and a gynecologic exam and all was normal. about 3 or 4 times per year i get frequent urination but with absolutely no burning or pain. i will just have a constant need to urinate and sometimes a little comes out and sometimes a lot. anyhow, it always subsides on it's own. about a week ago i developed a swollen gland behind my ear and about a day later the frequent urination started.
Since doctors don't seem to want to help me figure out what's wrong, I'm trying to investigate my various symptoms to find potential diseases to rule out.
For the past two and a half years, I've had a problem with frequent urination. No incontinence of any kind, but I tend to pee on average 12-20 times a day. Sometimes I'll be up one or two times at night, sometimes more and sometimes not at all. I DO drink quite a bit of fluid.
(During my antibiotics I was still having sex) My last pill was Saturday night (9/17) and I am still suffering from frequent urination. Azo seems to help but I don't want to rely on it. I'm 19 and this is my first UTI ever. Has this happened to anyone else? Where antibiotics stop but urgency doesn't? I should mention I am no longer feeling ANY pain, no burning while urination, no fever, no lowerback pain. Just the need to pee. I want to know what's wrong with me.

I forgot to mention that prior to this incident i was having frequent urination, and some pain in the tip of my penis. However after consulting the urologist the pain subsided but i still had the frequent urination. its been about 4 weeks after this incident, I've still been having frequent urination and 2 weeks ago i met another urologist and he prescribed me std antibiotics and also had sent my blood for std testing ( the results would be out soon).

The typical symptoms of prostatitis are fever, pelvic, testicle, or rectal pain, frequent and painful urination and ejaculation and incomplete emptying of bladder. So it is very difficult to say whether you are having prostatitis or not. However for prostatitis the first line of treatment is by antibiotics and in some cases, a course of antibiotics may last two to three months. Hence you should follow up with your urologist.

I have been having these few symptoms despite consulting doctor 4 days ago which she diagnosed it as gastro intestinal infection whereby at that time i developed fever, nausea, frequent urination, dizziness (which sometimes lead me on to fainting).
*I did urine test, ecg and blood pressure. My doctor says im normal.

Kidney infection or pyelonephritis usually presents with frequent urination, persistent urge to urinate, burning sensation or pain when urinating, abdominal pain or pressure, cloudy urine with a strong odor, pus or blood in your urine, need to urinate during the night, back or flank pain and fever. Are there other signs or symptoms mentioned present? It would be best to see your doctor for a urinalysis to confirm the presence of infection.
No issues in terms of urination etc and no burning sensation. Took a 4-5 day break due to travel and soon the urination issue reappeared (frequent urination and burning sensation at the tip of penis). Had to continue Doxy for about 2 more weeks and Cipro for 5 days. Now I dont have any issue in terms of urination etc.
My concern is that there is lack of sleep and it has been quite some time I slept well. Not sure why?
About 3 days later I started noticing a increase in my need to urinate (because of this I started drinking more water, to be sure not to get dehydrated, which of course lead to more frequent urination ) I also started feeling a slight pain towards the tip of my penis... Not during urination but just throughout the day, I never noticed any discharge, swelling, or abdominal pain... And the frequency at which I urinate has gone back to more of a regular amount..
I didn't really experience frequent urination during my first trimester...but am having it in my second trimester..am 15 weeks 5 days..anyone else with the same issue.could this be normal?
If it is really a change for you, it is best to see your doctor as there are a variety of health reasons that cause frequent urination. I found that I was having frequent urination at night and had to limit liquid intake after a certain hour and that certain things cause me to have to go more such as iced tea. ?? Have no idea why but that seems to come straight back out.
talk to your doctor if you are having this symptom.
hello, my husband has recently had frequent urination to where he will be getting up to urinate within minutes of the last time he urinated, any idea of what this could be caused by? and he has a lump in his ball sack and i was wondering what that could be? we dont have good insurance so i was just wanting to know how seriouse this is or can be... any help would be greatly apperciated thank you.
