My smoothies consist of kale, collard greens, spinach, carrots, ginger, blueberries, strawberries, banana, peaches, soy milk, 100% juice, and a scoop of ground
flax seed. I wash and freeze the kale and collard greens because they last longer, you could even do mustard greens or anything else, but I do kale and collard greens because they have more calcium in them.
