If you are saying that possibly you have had asthma from birth which would be one of the most common issues of respiratory issues w. children then yes the blood pressure is definately effected by that. If your blood pressure is in the 140 and over range it needs to be dealt with by your doctor. If you break embryonic and fetal development into thirds then when you are in your 28th week the baby begins its final third of development. (Gestation is 266 days or 38 weeks of development). So either way you look at it you are in your 3rd trimester!
