by the way, they can easily fix the valve problem by putting one in, and placing a patch over the hole in the heart. Sometimes in these situations babies are born with a PDA which normally closes at full term, it's a vessel that goes between the heart and lungs and in babies with heart issues, sometimes it's benefitial to keep it open a little longer and it can be done with a stent type device I think.
m 6 weeks pregnant at the moment and i thought everything was going find until i got a call from my hospital telling me they needed to schedule me for an earlier appointment because when reviewing my ultrasounds they saw a problem with the fetus development. does anyone have any idea what this can mean? I would really appreciate it if you can help.
I agree with Darkestlight. There are a lot of different options. One possibility is that these are "Choroid plexus cysts" which can be part of normal fetal brain development and often disappear spontaneously before 32 weeks gestation. Other types of cysts can be markers for other conditions.

Yes, that is too early to see a fetal pole or cardiac activity. In ten days, you should see a nice change with development of a little "grain of rice" with a tiny flickering heart beat. I wish you the best!
If you break embryonic and fetal development into thirds then when you are in your 28th week the baby begins its final third of development. (Gestation is 266 days or 38 weeks of development). So either way you look at it you are in your 3rd trimester!
