Exelon patch is on back order from the manufacturer until October 24. What alternatives are there?

My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.
My husband has been prescibed the the 9.5 exelon patch but we still have a supply of the 4.6 patches. With them being so expensive can I use two of the 4.6 patches at the same time until we run out?

She has since tested negative for H Pylori, and has been taken off Razadyne(24 mg ) for memory problems, put on Exelon (6mg patch), then taken off it after two weeks and more nausea. She has been off the Exelon patch for 72 hours, and still experiences nausea when she moves about.
Still puzzling and frustrating. doctors are stumped (still) and I am feeling worthless because I cannot help her kick the nausea or find the cause.
Really looking for help here. Any will be gratefully accepted.
I tried today this new HIV1/2 self-test, which uses saliva as a sample. I have difficulties what is the positive test. For the first view I did not see anything in the Test zone, but if I see it so close some very very pale coloration is there. I took a photo of it. The rule of thumb is the resting (really resting, not all emotionally excited or any thing more than sitting for the last 15 minutes) should be below 100, something around 60 would be much better in my mind.

Never had a problem until now. He started with temp memory loss and the doctor put him on 2 Exelon Patches per day to help him with the memory loss and also he now on Oxcarbazepine 300 mg. My question is with him taking these two type of medications he is still having seizure and cant sleep. Me as a mother do know what to think and do to help him. Can someone help me with this.
SHe normally charges $10/hr, but I asked for the 14 hr shift that I be able to pay her $100/day. Do you think this is reasonable. I can't pay her much more than this honestly. Last night, she informed me that she no longer wanted to give a discount and wants the whole amt of $140/day. I cannot pay this and this is way more than most expect in this area.. I think honestly, I'm being pretty generous with my payment and I pay promptly, on time and no bounced checks, etc.

Her neurologist doesn't think the medicine is the cause of the nausea, though it could be aggrivating whatever is causing it.
Given you are in pain and this has been going on for 2 days, you should immediately try and contact an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Most have 24 hr answering service and will see true emergencies and patients in pain at night on weekend or holiday. If you are not successful I would go to a large hospital ER that has Eye MD ophthalmologist on staff. Don't put this off till Monday.
Hello and thanks for this service! Is it more beneficial to take an "omega 3 EPA & DHA fish oil supplement" or an "omega 3, 6 &9 EPA & DHA fish oil supplement"? I'm a bit confused as to which would be of the optimum benefit to purchase. Thanks for your time and expertise!
