Enablex half life

Common Questions and Answers about Enablex half life

enablex

1188179 tn?1350116119 I have been on Ditropan, then Ditropan XR (or EX, don't remember which is correct) and after about 10 years that didn't work, so my doctor put me on Enablex and that works pretty well. Then I got a new Dr. and he wanted to switch me to Vesicare. That didn't work well, either, and I began having episodes of incontinence and urgency again. It's almost open enrollment for Medicare Part D, and the plan that is the most affordable otherwise doesn't cover Enablex at all anymore.
Avatar f tn I'm not sure how to describe what I'm feeling or even if it's real or imagined from nervousness. My left side only...leg from about knee down, not feet and my left lower arm/hand feels "weird"...mostly at night when I get in bed and lay to watch t.v. I think my left hand feels weird when I'm typing, not fingers. I have no "pain" , numbness, tingling...just a weird, mild feeling. Sometimes a small shakiness.

Avatar f tn The half-life of a drug is how long it takes for half of it to be eliminated from the bloodstream. Hope that helps.
6298176 tn?1380134459 It has a very long half life, though I can't give you specifics. The dose and how long you were on it does factor in. Your doctor should be able to help you with your questions on this.
Avatar f tn On celexa, tried oxybutinin and myrbetriq. Gave me anxiety. Is enablex a good choice? Side effect of celexa was frequent urination. Eneblex only one that didn't cause anxiety, but side effects are bad. Anybody?

535882 tn?1396576685 whats the half life for syntriod. about how much time does it take to build up in you and also leave your system?
Avatar f tn Pee, stand up, feel like I have more. Incredible urgency to pee. You give in to go and your lucky to pee half a teaspoon, but it felt like you are holding back niagra falls. I have an overactive bladder. You need to cut down all your coffee, pop, tea, alcohol, and spicy food. Drink plenty of water. I know I know. More fuel for the fire, but 2 32oz bottles a day or you will get dehydrated on the medicine I am about to recommend. For me, Detrol LA, Vesicare, Enablex didn't do anything for me.
1084115 tn?1385228589 The mean half-life for multiple doses in the body is about 12 days, but very long-term kinetics are dominated by the kinetics of RBCs (half-life 40 days). RBCs store ribavirin for the lifetime of the cells, releasing it into the body's systems when old cells are degraded in the spleen.
459155 tn?1264008142 ok plz if I am explaining this wrong (anyone feel free to correct me if I am ) The 36 hour half life mean half of the dosage is still active at 36 hours ??
738895 tn?1234654277 I think heroin has a half life of 4-8 hrs, and methadown 20-36hrs, i understand that it takes 36hrs for half the drug dose to leave your body, but theres only 2 day deference between the two drugs but methadown takes months to kick and heroin weeks. thats the part i dont understand but theres only 2 day deference between the two. anyone with knowledge please try in a laymen terms to explain. thanks for any help in advance.
Avatar m tn I have not recovered to a comfortable, pain free life since that time. My surgeon told me I was abnormal (thanks) and sent me to a urologist. I have had an ultrasound on my testicles and a pelvic CT scan. These tests turned up nothing of note. For the past 6 weeks, I have been struggling to cope with a constant feeling to urinate. My doctor did a urinalysis and it came back negative. He put me on Enablex which has yet to help at all (2 wks. ago).
Avatar m tn this when I had my post op Appt I never truely got an answer then I went back to her she gave me some Enablex that never truely help with the no sensation to urinate nor the having feeling when having sex can some one tell me what is going on?
Avatar n tn I went to my regular family physician about a month and a half ago and mentioned my problem among everything else and this is what I was told. I have headaches on a daily basis so I take a lot of over the counter ibuprophen, acetomeniphen, etc (up to four at a time sometimes twice a day). I know that this isn't good for me but I am in constant pain so I take enough to knock it out of me for a few hours. My doctor said that this may be causing some of the incontinence. Anyways...
Avatar n tn I have had several episodes of not being able to make it to the bathroom and have also wet the bed several times. My doctor gave me Enablex and the episodes stopped. I stopped taking Enablex and the bedwetting and not making it to the bathroom happened again. The doctor started me on Vesicore and again the episodes stopped. Have you ever heard of this happening after TUMT? I had the TUMT so that I could stop taking Flomax.
Avatar f tn The half life of a chemical is the time it takes to break down become inactive.
